We came to this restaurant because I saw a post from someone on Facebook and since I’ve only eaten Mediterranean food a handful of times in the past, I wanted to give it a try. So me and my family came on a Sunday, it was busy but there’s like maybe 3 or 4 table open. No one greeted us at all so we just sat at one of the booths. 1st of the table was dirty, no one bothered to clean it for us so we just wiped it ourselves. Next when we’re ready to order the place started getting full but we told our server we’re ready to order and he said ok but he’ll be back because he has to get his notepad to which we said ok. We waited, and next time we saw him he went to another table and get their order (this is the table that got there after as), then he went to another bigger table who also just got there at this point it’s been almost an hour if not an hour of waiting and the guy keeps on passing us without even a look. He keep going to serve the other table so I told my husband to tell him but there’s another server who wasn’t serving anyone so he asked him and this guy told us to wait as well. So then another half an hour wait so I went to the original server and asked him if he’s going to get our order at all and he was like “oh! I didn’t get your order?! I told him no, you didn’t come back and at this time the other server finally is taking order from my husband( and this guy is kind of rude as well) so we’re there for about 2 hours now and at this point everyone is almost done eating while we’re trying to be patient. This guy comes back maybe 10-20 mins later and has nerve to ask “how’s everything?!” I didn’t say anything because I was loosing my patience and my husband said we’re still waiting, so then he goes and grabs us soup. 30 mins go by and no food, we ask if it’s coming then guy says in a min, walks away and we don’t here anything, the other guys tells us the same. By the time our food arrives the restaurant is pretty much empty. And one of our order was wrong. There’s more that happened after that, that the server keeps ignoring us. The food was delicious ill be honest with that, but that is the most horrible experience I’ve gotten in...

I love Middle Eastern food. Be it from Lebanon, Afghanistan, or northern Africa, I know and love it all. So, I was very excited to try the new franchise opened in Fayetteville (they have another one in Raleigh). I walk in, and the whole dining room is in a state of abandonment. A long table was full of trash that had been left behind by customers who I assumed had just left. The tables were completely covered with food strewn and thrown all over the surface. It was not appealing at all. We waited to be seated. And that was it. We did not see a server for 15 minutes. I got up twice to ask if we had to order at the kitchen counter, but I was told to sit back down and to wait for our server to show up. I should have got up an left.

Finally, the server shows up and we order our meal (by the way, the menu is kind of confusing, so good luck). We ordered the Baba ghanoush (pretty good), falafel (nasty, dry, and over cooked), pea soup (good if you add rice to it), and meat kabobs that were so dry I literally chocked on it. The flavor was good, but they just got stuck in my throat because they were so dry. Nobody ever showed up to refill our drinks, neither we were told that perhaps we could refill the plastic cups ourselves. The kitchen was slow as well, so, if you have anywhere to be, don't eat here. It is at least an hour and a half ordeal, with an empty restaurant.

The location of the restaurant is in one of the bad shopping centers on Bragg Blvd. Beggars, drug addicts, and a rough crowd adorn this shopping center like ticks on a deer. I definitely don't advise...

Our first time going tonight and honestly, we went due to seeing others reviews. People have said the flavors are great and the portions are really nice for the price. They were not wrong. I started with the baba ganoush and the wife got the hummus. Both were so flavorful and light. We got the soup of the day which was a choice between lentil or lamb and we both chose the lamb. I enjoyed mine but did add a touch of pepper to it. The wife wasn't a big fan so I enjoyed hers as well. I got the skewer dinner, any 3 and got the Beef tikka, lamb kabob and a chicken kabob. They taste so fresh and good. I got them served over Mandy rice. They provide you with a small cup of "hot sauce" which has a tiny kick but is flavorful and goes great with all three meat choices. The wife doesn't deal with "spicy" so I enjoyed hers as well, which honestly saves me from having to ask for another serving. The Mandy rice is fluffy and pleasant. The place is very clean and just feels welcoming. There are amazing Textures or 3-D type "paintings" which include lights in the windows. So cool to look at! My only issue is the child's plastic cup you get for a drink. Size small so it has to be re-filled a few times during dinner. Our server was super nice and helpful when my wife asked questions. She checked on us often and kept our glasses full when needed. We will definitely be coming...

Habibi Grill is THAT spot! 🔥 The vibes are amazing from the second you walk in welcoming, friendly, and full of good energy. The food is honestly incredible, cooked fresh, full of flavor, and served in big portions that leave you more than satisfied. The customer service is on point too they treat you like family. Now let me be real… I see some of these bad reviews, and most of them are just hate. Some people, even from our own Arab community, are going against them just to bring them down because they can’t stand seeing someone else succeed. That’s the sad truth when they see a business doing better than theirs, they start hating instead of supporting. But I swear to God, Habibi Grill is one of the best spots out here. The food is excellent, the service is very, very good, and the love they put into their business shows in every detail. Don’t believe the haters come see for yourself. Once you eat here, you’ll understand why this place deserves nothing but love and support. 💯🔥
