Fix the online coupon system.
Someone at the store called me after 10:00 p.m. after I rated their experience online with one star. I explained that the one star was due to that their coupon ordering system was inactive for over a week since the last time I ordered and they don't honor the coupon prices when you call and it's only an online ordering experience. So it's similar to false advertising. I mention this. I'm told to call corporate (customer service) about the issue yet they called me about this and I don't want to talk to corporate cuz I don't work for Domino's and it's not my job to tell them there's a problem. I make that clear and she tells me that I don't have to be disrespectful and I say I'm not being disrespectful and then she tells me to never call again even though she calls me after 10:00 p.m.. SMH. My whole family heard that phone call and I am reassured I wasn't being rude and just ??????...
Dominos customer service call center hours are not after 10:00 p.m. so I wouldn't be able to contact them anyway to resolve the issue that seems simple to resolve. Read moreThe employees there have really bad work ethics and negative attitudes. I came in to pick up my order, and when I walk in the employee on the front counter is literally talking on his cellphone (no, he was not taking a customer order on the phone. He was literally on his cellphone just chatting away). He doesn't even acknowledge that I walked in. He has his back turned towards me just yapping away on his cellphone and moving some boxes around. I'm just standing there waiting, and I know he knows I'm here because the door bell rang when I walked in. He finally glances at me, but just turns around again and keeps talking on his phone. Is this seriously happening? My biggest regret was that I didn't take out my phone and record this guy. Finally, he puts his cellphone down, starts moving some more boxes, and then with a negative tone of voice he ask if he can help me. I tell him I'm just here to pick up my order. He grabs my pizzas from the back and puts it on the counter in front of me and just says here you go, and just turns around, walks away and gets back on his cell phone again. I just grab my pizzas storm out of there.

Read moreEarlier tonight, we had ordered food from another place, but it wasn't fit to eat. So, we decided to order delivery from this restaurant. We order it, and they say it will take about 25 minutes. After about an hour on waiting for the pizzas the first time, we decided to call and find out where they are. The guy who answered the phone said that our order was brought back to the restaurant because the delivery person knocked on our door, rang our doorbell, and called us several times. The delivery person did call us once, from an out of state number, but never did any of the other stuff. So the person on the phone sent us the pizzas again, couldn't find our apartment, and when we finally got our pizzas, they were cold and basically unfit to eat. So we called again, and the lady on the phone called us crazy and a liar. She finally said she cancelled our order, and we said we wouldn't be back at that restaurant again. We have never been treated so badly from a restaurant before, so that's why we gave a 1 star review. (I would give 0 stars if that...
