If I could give zero stars, then that's exactly what I would give!! I have NEVER been served such deplorable food in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! My Spring Rolls looked like they had been rolled by a 3rd grader and they both had raw bloody pork inside of them!!!!! When I showed them to the waitress and asked her to take them back for tofu Spring Rolls because I refuse to eat raw bloody pork at the end I was still charged for the pork Spring Rolls and the waitress had a belligerent nasty attitude when I brought it up to her. She loudly stated that she didn't make the rules!!!!! I told her neither did I , but I felt that I shouldn't be made to pay for something that I didn't eat or couldn't eat!!!! My cousin ordered tater tots that were so overcooked until there wasn't even any potatoes inside of the tots once broken open!! The Pho was REALLY REALLY BAD as well!! In my opinion the broth was old...It had grease floating on top of it and it had an odd smell. As did my meat that came with my Pho. After we had finished and left I IMMEDIATELY BECAME SICK AND HAD TO THROW UP!! AND MY COMPANIONS ALL COMPLAINED OF STOMACH ACHES 🤢🤮🤢🤢!!!! I HAVE EATEN AT DUA SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! BUT NOT THIS TIME!! THE DRINKS WERE WATERED DOWN, THE WINGS WERE OVERCOOKED AND IT TOOK OUR WAITRESS THE LONGEST.. THE LONGEST TO SERVE US OUR FOOD AND SHE CONTINUALLY PLAYED WITH HER FEVER BLISTER WHILE TAKING OUR ORDER!!! SHE EVEN TOOK A LONG TIME TO BRING US OUR CHECKS!!! ALL IN ALL WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT DUA!!! I AM WONDERING IF THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT???!!! I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!! ONE OF MY COMPANIONS ASKED FOR A HOT COFFEE AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT SERVE HOT COFFEE BUT SHE .. THE WAITRESS.. COULD PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR HER. BUT THE MENU CLEARLY HAD HOT COFFEE ON!!!!!!!! OUR SILVERWARE WAS THE FIRST RED FLAG THAT WE SHOULDVE GOTTEN UP AND LEFT WHEN WE OPENED IT UP, I ONLY HAD A KNIFE, ONE COMPANION ONLY HAD A FORK AND ONE HAD A KNIFE AND A STRAW😂😅 FROM NOW ON, I WILL PAY ATTENTION TO THE RED FLAGS. ANOTHER RED FLAG WAS THE " NOW HIRING" SIGN POSTED IN THE ENTRANCE DOOR. SO PATRONS BEWARE!!!!...
Read moreThis restaurant is one of my favorite Vietnamese spots. Unfortunately, this location did not reach my expectations at all! My mother and I met up to have lunch to celebrate my most recent achievement. We were greeted at the door and was told to chose our own seating. All of the open and available tables were dirty. Not one table was wiped down from the previous diners. The ambience/energy of the space was dry and dull. None of the employees had high energy or looked like they wanted to be there, which explained the unwashed tables. We ordered our favorite appetizer: the shrimp spring roll. Our waiter came back to retake our order because according to her the kitchen lost our order. Our shrimp spring rolls arrived to the table burst open and we had to send it back. That was when I knew this wasn’t going to be a good experience. My mother and I received our main courses. She had the regular house pho and I had the steak com dish. We did not see our waiter again after receiving our entrees, however, they were delicious. When it was time to pay for our meal, the bartender was the person who closed our tab. That is one of my biggest pet peeves in restaurant customer service. Switch waiters on open tables with no communication. There was an issue with the iPad to pay for our meal. The manager and the bartender were both scrambling trying to get it to work right in front of us. I was patient but irritated. The bartender was pleasant about the situation and stated that she was unsure what was going on. Once our tab was closed out my mother and I both agreed that we will NOT be coming back to...
Read moreSpring rolls were good. Viet wings are crispy, but ours came out a tad overdone not a big deal they were still pretty good. Thai Tea is good but the taro bubble tea was very sweet. The PHO. We have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and we wanted to give it another try because the location is convenient, but I took my grandma here today and just like the first time I came the pho comes out LUKEWARM. The broth wasn’t even hot enough to cook the thinly sliced meat in the pho. Pho is supposed to warm your soul. After letting a staff member know she gave us another bowl of hot broth to add to the pho bowl and cook the meat which was very kind of her, but she said she noticed the meat was raw in the bowl yet still served it to us. We had to pack up our food and reheat the pho on the stove when we got home which, in itself is, not what you should have to do when going out to eat somewhere. They give you two little leaves of thai basil to eat with your pho which I get, some customers don’t add the fresh veggies to their pho and then it has to get thrown out, but that was an interesting experience because i’ve never been to a pho restaurant that gives you so little basil. VN pho in morrow is a better place to try if you don’t mind going out of your way. This place once we reheated the pho it was good just cold.
Also, I see other reviews talking about the water and they are right the water tastes terrible. I know restaurants aren’t serving fresh filtered bougie water, but usually at least the water has a neutral taste-the water here just tastes unclean there isn’t another way to...
