Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Went into the Fayetteville,TN location before work this morning and as usual they were moving slow but no big deal I dont mind waiting. After waiting for 20 min the young lady that took my order came over and asked had I not gotten my drinks yet and i say no. She then says "ok ill just go make them" . I then ask her have my drinks not even been started and before she can answer me the old lady that was working the drive thru screamed at me "YES WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR ORDER!!! THE BOX OF JOE IS RIGHT HERE!!!" Ummm ok....but I didnt order an ENTIRE box of coffee lady so no thats not my order. Then a man comes from the back who i assume is the manager and points his dirty finger in my face and tells me i need to hush! Needless to say I was pretty mad at this point so I told him to just give me my money back and slung his donut holes across the counter at him and his smart ass. Its so sad that the oldest 2 people in there were the ones acting like that. Ill never step foot back into that place even if its free. Its no wonder so many people complain about this location on our local page. Oh and the manager guy he also had a few choice words about "everybody in this town" as well. I don’t really know what’s going on with this Dunkin, but I believe there’s only been 2 days out of the 8 I’ve been coming to this Dunkin that mine and my husbands drinks have been correct. It’s like they don’t listen to your order at all!! How do you mistake hearing the #3 for the #5! They’re constantly out of everything, some of the employees act like that hate being there. I have never been to a Dunkin that is as bad as this one. Something needs to happen, if you’re questioning why you’re losing business then please read your reviews for this location!

I wrote this review 3 days ago and decided to give this location another chance! The lady running the register has NO type of customer service at all! I got the same drink I have been getting for the last 3 years! I know how it’s supposed to taste, it was made incorrectly, there was pumpkin spice put in the latte instead of caramel and I very nicely explained this. She proceeds to tell me I’m wrong and gets an attitude! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at...

This place is awesome! They’ve gotten all of my orders correct! It’s a super clean facility. I actually met a couple for a nanny position job interview at the (Fayetteville, TN) location and was approached by the manager whom offered free beverages and donuts to us. The manager spoke very highly of me to this couple because she was off the clock and had her son there for a mom and son breakfast run and I spent some time speaking and joking with him. The manager is and was so nice as well as the employees. I waited so long for this place to finally open and when it did, I became a regular and that will continue! The food is great, the coffee is great, And service is fast and delightful. + I got the job! Thank you Dunkin for being a wonderful start to every morning for me! Great job! Keep up the good work!
