Hardee’s — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Seriously wish I could refrain from rating this store because today's service and overall handling of the store was what can be called a major service breakdown. It seems as this store is used to operating this way, without a standard to follow. Firstly, a guest in my party ordered the Hardees' Breakfast Platter, we both ordered light biscuits with our meal.. when the food arrived it wasnt as advertised, the breakfast platter is pictured as two sausage n' gravy biscuits, eggs with cheese, bacon for $3.89. The platter was delivered with a hard biscuit,eggs without cheese and we chose steak as the meat it had grease standing on top and the gravy was so thick it had to be spread and sausage was big pieces of sausage patty!! My biscuit also was hard and my chicken was gristly. We took the breakfast platter to be corrected even though they exchange the platter and gave us bacon (which was the same price), we were charged an extra $.50 for cheese...smh...some customer service. The final complaint is gonna take the cake, an elderly woman stood in direct view of our table outside the restaurant window and urinated on the entrance. I had had enough of this outting and informed an employee of the incident outside. She yelled the details to a manager who went out and spoke with the woman but didnt clean up the "spill". On july 4th me and my family had dinner here and i order a "hot" ham and cheese sandwhich. It took a lil while to get our food and when we did imagine my surprise when my sandwich was cold the cheese wasnt even metled. I sent it back and when I got my sandwhich back I opened it up and cheese looked old and bubbly. Needless to say my dinner was ruined. Today against my better judgement decided to go back and it will be the last. Went through the drive through and only order some cheese burgers and it took 20 mins. I could see my food ready in the window but the girl had disappeared. My husband was late goin to work due to their fast food not being so fast. Hardees you can do better there are some people who need and care...

Waited in line for 5 chicken tenders for 30 minutes. Was told to pull up to wait, another vehicle was in the way so I pulled off to the side of it. In the first place there is no space "to wait" waited 10 minutes. Pulled around to the parking spaces to park and go in. My food was sitting there waiting for me. They tried to justify that they brought it out and didn't know where I pulled off to. Mind you the building isn't that big and you can see clear through the windows.
