This place needs to be cleaned up better. I kind of understand the moral in the area. Most of the neighborhood is filled with drug addicts and homeless people all over the area. On a night beautiful sunny day you can see the homeless folks sun bathing behind the stores or in plain sight in the parking lots across that plaza. So I understand the young workers at Burger King. They must be scared to death to have to work in that atmosphere not knowing when a cracked crazed person will walk in and hurt someone. Not that it's happened while I was there but I don't work there and I'm in and out any way. The staff is normally nice towards me so I feel that the people working there are good people but they have to deal with alot riff Raff. I'm not saying run off the homeless or lock up the drug addicts yet that area is a cesspool of uncertainty. I understand why the place isn't the cleanest. I actually see this store being one of the only places of refuge for those trying to stay dry or out of the cold or a place where a poor tired soul can have a seat like a decent human being. Although I gave the place a three it should have been a five. Once I was there with a crack addict who had high blood pressure and he was upset about the amount of fries he had gotten and how long they had taken to give him his food because he couldn't find his receipt. I went to the manager and asked if she could give my friend more fries for the long wait and she did. She even apologized. The two times I went to get coffee I seen the homeless in there resting there feet or staying dry and warm. The service was good and the staff was polite. I must say though I'm a positive person who is always smiling so I'm treated fairly well most of the time. I have mixed feelings about this place. Although the place needs to be better kept up out in the eating area, the kitchen is clean. And they do provide the general public a place they can stop by for ten minutes to rest, eat, and use the restroom without being ridiculed by the staff. I love this Burger King. I love the staff yet I have a different way of seeing servitude. They not only serve good quality food they serve their...
Read more.....they were slow and very short staffed..I had to go back for them to remake my previous order bc of error. This facility was very nasty on the inside and the assistant general manager was not friendly, she didn't greet me or smile..seemed like she didn't want to be there.. I have no plans of going back to that place.... .....the manager Mashonda was nice when I went the first time ...but I didn't like how I was treated by the assistant manager and one of the cashiers I was talking to wouldn't turn around when I asked her a question...I repeated myself twice and she turned around with an attitude....I dont know I guess if I was as rude as they were then we would have been even but I dont argue with people fixing my food unless I don't want it bc of an argument.... but it's sad how customer service workers treat the public that pays there salary...if customers do not spend money then the business will have no money to pay employess.... but I will not dine...
Read moreI was told about this Burger King about a month ago about how bad the food was. I know I used to go there and get a pretty good burger, so I decided to go and see for myself, if that had changed. Yes, it has changed. I ordered a Whopper combo, but decided to get onion rings instead of fries. Their staple burger was overcooked and under seasoned. The sandwich maker didn't put ketchup on the sandwich which comes on it, but the worker ask me do I want ketchup and gave me packets when I paid. I didn't know why he ask me that at the time because I didn't order fries, but I found out when I tasted the burger. That twang the ketchup gives wasn't there and made the burger taste flat. It might have helped this overcooked, under seasoned sandwich. No, I didn't put ketchup on the burger. Oh yeah, the onion rings. They were soggy, like they had been sitting for a while. I was warned; I tried them, now I'm done. They blew it on their best sandwich at...
