Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I ordered 2 pizzas a stuffed crust beef and mushroom Italian herbs was the crust. The other pizza was butter cheese crust and it just had mushrooms both pizza were salty.I thought maybe the crust was the issue but the beef is salty too. The cheese bread is so salty its not edible. I knew I should've ordered Domino's. I called the first time no answer. Second time I called the regional manager Evan answered he was not rude just very unhelpful. He advised the pizzas are just cooked no extra salt is added. And he suggested next time I order ask for less salt. But he sits no salt is added so why would I need to ask for less salt if non is added. Hungry Howies is the worst pizza in this city. I will not be ordering again and asking for less salt. Super excited to try this pizza for the first time. Website was well made and ordering was a breeze. It wasn’t terribly priced but it was a bit more than what you’d expect. Location was very clean and overall pleasant. Food was warm and visually pleasing. Got it back home and dug into a few options from the pizza, dough-less, cheese bread, and salads sections to get a good idea of the menu. Unfortunately each item was shockingly bland, pardon the salad because you can dress it however heavily you’d like. The pizza with the stuffed crust was stuffed well but with the most sorrowful mozzarella I’ve ever had. “Meat eater” I got only had sausage on it, disappointing. The other items had the same lack of flavor across the whole order I had.

THE OWNER ROBERT HAS A NO REFUND POLICY. This store is unorganized and unprofessional. The employees, specifically the drivers need to learn customer service skills. I ordered $30 worth of food and waited an hour to get my food and I live 2 minutes from this store. Call the store to find out what was taking so long for them to deliver my food and was told nothing but lies. At this point I didn't want the food and requested a refund.
