I purchased three subs in June 2024 and one came without any meat. I contacted the store and they offered to deliver a replacement or a credit. Due to our schedule that day, we had a limited amount of time to eat so a replacement wasn't pragmatic. I chose a credit. When I called back three weeks later to inquire as to why I hadn't seen a credit on my credit card, I was told I received store credit on my account. ???? Who knew there were accounts at Jimmy John's? It's evidently tied to your phone number. Well, I live out of town and am in Fayetteville every 1.5 months or so on business. A store credit for a mistake on their part isn't acceptable. This is sketchy behaviour at best. I was told it's their policy to handle errors in this manner. The sub I ordered and the sub i got were not entirely accurate, but I didn't want to make a fuss so I just let it slide... And to make it so much better, I got sick from it. I also found a sour tomato in the middle. I was hoping to at least be given a knock on the door when my order arrived also. No such luck. My phone didn't register it was delivered on the tracker app, and after 30 minutes of just waiting I found that my meal and drink had just been unceremoniously placed between my door and my neighbors and had been sitting there long enough for the ice to melt... The neighbor also did not have a knock on their door... I was quite disappointed. And I did not order from this location...
Read moreToday was the first day that I ever went into this JJ and was given a sandwich without a bag. I think it is ridiculous to walk out of a restaurant with food not in a bag. When I received my sandwich I asked for a bag and that this was the first time that I received my sandwich without a bag. The female was really nonchalant about it, made some facial expressions, and basically blew me off. She should not be dealing with customers if she doesn't know how to deal with them. Of course I spoke with the manager. I didn't even give much time for a response because it's so disappointing to go into these establishments and give people your money for less than great service.
