We placed an order for three pizzas we were told that it would be like 15 to 25 minutes and so therefore my fiance told them that we were going to go to the store and pick up some sodas that we would be right back she came and got me out of the game store next door we went to the store picked up some sodas got some Gatorades and two boxes of Cheez-Its took us all of about about 25-30 minutes went back to Little Caesars expecting to pick up our pizza so I drove up to the drive-thru when we got there they did not have our order ready they had not even started cooking our order we were in the Drive-Thru for an additional 37 to 43 minutes waiting on our order to get cooked so we could leave during this time there were several other Patriots getting very upset very angry one lady in particular she was using I would say she was very upset because she was cursing a lot she was there to order one pizza that should have already been in the the case behind the register and a bag of cheese sticks it took them 22 to 25 minutes to cook her pizza and her cheese sticks they finally got her order finished and we were still waiting an additional 10 to 12 minutes before they brought our pizza to the window during the 37 to 43 minutes that we were in the Drive-Thru I had multiple people pull up behind me honk their horns I guess for me to move out of the way or move forward and so I got out of my vehicle went back to the vehicle behind me to inform them that even if I did move it was going to be an additional 15 to 25 minutes before they got their order done because they had no pizza ready to be picked up they had no cheese bread ready to go but I mean it was like the entire store was empty there were several other people coming in that were actually parked in the drive through wanted to know what was going on and there was one employee that went outside and had a cigarette I mean this is what happens when you let teenagers and children run your business with no adult supervision there should be someone there of a managerial status of some years of being a manager not just taken a class or gone to another store you know and been a manager for several months before they were fired and then rehired because they had a couple months managerial experience I mean this girl did not give my fiance a receipt this girl did not ask for a name to put the order under because we were going to leave and come back I mean it was like you know she charged my card got my money and then that was it when we came back to the Little Caesars restaurant expecting my food to be ready so I can go home and eat dinner at home with my family we had to wait an additional 37 to 40 minutes cuz they hadn't even started it and on top of that my daughters pizza was deformed(I have pic) the other customers they were getting frustrated too I mean it was like tonight there was a full moon outside literally and I guess the place just fell apart y'all need to come down here and y'all need to re-evaluate the staff at this restaurant because I mean I think these kids think that this is just a frat party y'all need to come down here and set them straight I mean I understand it's just a $5 or $6 Pizza but you know at the same time this is a business and if the other six or eight folks that were there are leaving messages like I'm leaving right now pretty soon that business ain't going to have...
Read moreUPDATE 07/2023 I would rate this store negative stars, if I could. SERIOUSLY!!! DON'T GET PIZZA HERE!! You'd be better off with Domino's, Stevie B's, or even a frozen Digiorno's stuff-crust pizza from the grocery store... I KID YOU NOT!!!
Little Caesar's, as a company in whole, has clearly tanked. Not only do they ignore public input, but on several occasions when I've tried to write corporate directly, I get the "Uh oh, something went wrong." message on their website.
Since it seems like they want to let their stores / company die, I say let them. It's unfortunate, but it seems that Little Caesar's has gone the way of the "Amazon China quick-sell companies"..... you know what I'm talking about...
Original Well... This is disappointing. I really like the LC sauce better than Domino's & PJ's, but all of the other negative reviews are correct. The ppl are nice enough, but don't seem to have any work ethic.
I've lived in Fayetteville for a while, & the first couple of years this place was open it was outstanding. Now, even if you try to "beat the crowd" or "try to save time" by using the LC app, it makes no difference.......... YOU WILL WAIT 1+ HOURS FOR ONE PIZZA (in my case, a stuffed crust)!!
Such a shame. Why is it always like this? Where a place is great for the first couple of...
Read moreI’m seeing some similar reviews on this store that capture my experience. I went inside to place an order for two hot-n-Readys and a crazy bread. Really not much of an order, but I this store puts the “Hot-n-Ready” name to SHAME. I waited more than 30 MINUTES for my order. The front counter seemed to pretend we wern’t there and did not seem to care. Looking into the back, I could tell there was no urgency in making our orders. The drive through here seemed to get some sort of priority over the lobby it seemed. Another poor lady who had placed an online order had been asked at least 5 times what her order was. She waited as long or longer. The staff seemed disorganized and as if they were not tracking orders. It was so puzzling. I’m from the Detroit area, where this company is HQ’d. I NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes for a Hot-Ready, or two. Or three. This store’s customer service is tragic. It’s unacceptable, really. I’ll never come back thats for certain. This is not written with the intent of being mean, but to bring awareness that the business just simply can’t operate like this. It’s a real shame to see. The worst part about it all was when she finally brough my pizza, she realized I the bread in the heater (which had been there since before I arrived……) was not crazy bread, so they had to make some… after waiting over 30 minutes. Yeah this store...
