TO THE SERVER WHO TOOK $20 FROM A CHILD TODAY: . (Sunday 10/27/2024 around 4:30-5:30 pm) YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!! It was explained very clearly to you 3 times that we were paying for the 2 girls meals since they were sitting in a booth with the other girls. You charged 2 children for meals after my Mom had already paid for them and SHE LEFT YOU A $20 TIP on top of the $36 + change bill. The bill was for steak hashbrown bowl $10.50, coffee .50, bacon hashbrown bowl $10.50, biscuits and gravy $3.00 and an egg plate $10.50. The total was $36 + change and my Mom gave you AN EXTRA $20 for a total of $56 + change. My daughter and 7 of her friends were in there celebrating their final show. Mom and I were waiting in the car after she paid because she was cold. When my daughter and her friend walked outside you hollered at them and shook 2 tickets at them. They went back in and I thought they were going to tell you that my Mom had already paid for them but YOU CHARGED THEM AGAIN FOR THEIR MEALS AND TOOK $20 THAT MY DAUGHTER’S FRIEND HAD ON HER. SO FOR A $36 + change ticket YOU GOT A $40 TIP! THAT IS A 100+ % TIP. for TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE ONLY REASON I DIDN’T GO BACK IN WAS BECAUSE THE GIRLS DIDNT WANT TO CAUSE ANY DRAMA. **Update on 12/3… I’ve been coming to this WF with my kids since my 1st post of 5 stars, but my last visit on Saturday was my last at that location. The waitresses are always great and Kennedy was amazing as usual on Sunday, but there was hair on my daughter’s bacon. We looked at the cook and it definitely was from his beard. Kennedy was so embarrassed and tried to make it right, but it wasn’t her fault. I just wanted to make her aware. I still tipped HER $10, but we were over it once another cook with long beard and hair came from the back, ran his fingers through his hair and placed his hat back onto his head, then started cutting a tomato. We then stopped eating, paid, and left. Although I enjoy the customer service, the cooks need better hygiene. Definitely wear hair nets dealing with food.

I love this Waffle House. The staff is always so pleasant and family friendly. Like you can tell they like their job! The customers are even everytime to me AND my toddlers! If you’re a woman and even mildly attractive—do NOT dine here!!!!!! Harassment by employee & the waitress was rude and unfriendly. Visited on a evening to enjoy dinner with my son. We were the only customers in the building. Told the waitress I never been to Waffle House before and she gave me a dead stare and didn’t care. Also asked about options and she didn’t care to help. The cook harassed me and made me extremely uncomfortable by the way he was sexualizing me with his body language. He tried to speak with me the ENTIRE time. Kept asking me questions and being very annoying to say the least. Even asked where I’m from and referenced my curviness by saying I must eat my cornbread and greens. I could not even enjoy my dinner with my son. He even pulled up a chair next to me but then left. I didn’t get the extra side of bacon that I paid for nor the cheese in my grits. The waitress watched me as I tipped which made me feel compelled to give her a 20% tip. When I left, he walked up to the window and used his phone to either take photos of me or show someone me on FaceTime.
