This was my second experience with Partners II Pizza. The first time I called the order in for pickup. I let them know over the phone I had a "welcome to the neighborhood coupon" and they said that was fine and when it would be ready. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes or longer at the front cashier desk for my pizza because they were debating over their own coupon. The pizza was sitting there in front of me ready. Another young lady came to the cashier desk and said, there is nothing further to do, but go with your pizza. In spite of the confusion over honoring their own coupon, I thought the pizza was good. I excused that mix up and decided to come back. The second time back, I brought my daughter-in-law and grandsons. We were asked how many in my party and I said four. I asked if we could have a booth. The young lady said we will need to clean it and walked away. Another young lady approached us and said how many in your party? I said we have already been asked. The other young lady came back and said your table is ready. We thought the young lady would walk us to our table and she just stood there. So, we made our own way to the booth to find it wet. Instead of saying anything, we went ahead and dried the table off with napkins. The waitress came over to ask if we would like drinks. I said yes and we placed our order. The waitress came back 15 minutes later to apologize that there was a mix-up with our drinks? Not sure exactly what that meant when it was 1 lemonade, 1 sweet tea, and 2 glasses of wine. Plus the restaurant was not crowded. When the drinks finally came, I indicated we were ready to order. We ordered 1 large Royal Classic Bacon pizza, 1 small Carnivore, fried pickles, a side salad and a glass of water with lemon. When our order came, we prepared to unwrap our utensils. They were all dirty! We informed our waitress and she indicated she would let the manager know. The manager came out with a green company t-shirt that had holes in the front, back and under the arm pit. He said he was the owner. He never opened with his name. We had to ask. The owner indicated that the utensils were clean and what we were seeing was lime stains that don't hurt you but he personally polished a new set for us. We thanked him and held a brief conversation since my grandson wanted to know more about the dough because it tasted like pancake batter. The owner acknowledged that it was a family secret recipe and one that everyone enjoys. We complimented the pizza, let him know that it was good, and that it was my second time there and decided to bring the boys to try it. Once the waitress came back to ask if we were ready for our bill, I said yes and asked for a to-go box. When we received the bill, I noticed they charged us for a medium pizza when we asked for a small pizza. The waitress was very condescending and said "that is what I wrote down and it is already in the system." We let her know we specifically asked for a small since it was for my other grandson. We didn't even question the pizza when it came because it looked small. The waitress never repeated our order when she took it. She indicated that she would go get the owner and let us talk with him. To make a long story short, we explained that we ordered 1 large RCB, 1 small Carnivore pizza, along with all the other items and his response was "turn your to-go boxes with the food we didn't finish eating back over to him and he would deduct the bill" We were astonished, appalled and humiliated by that response. We let the owner know that we have never ever been asked to turn our left over food in "to-go boxes" back into the establishment? I said, based on policy, left over food is thrown away. To add insult to injury, the owner went on to say that he was hustled by another customer the other day to try to get a free pizza and compared that situation with thinking that we were trying to do the same. The owner said, that's my policy. Sorry for the bad customer service so don't leave a tip. They even charged us .50 for dressing. I paid $73.63 and we will...
Read moreI am all for supporting local business. I enjoy all the great choices that are local to Fayette County but I can't honestly pay for another dining experience at Partners Pizza in Fayetteville.
4 of us attempted to have lunch there today and after about 10 min of being seated we finally had our orders taken (drinks and entree). Drinks arrived but then 30 more minutes passed and we never had our server come back to our table. We ordered 3 lunch specials with salads but they never came. People that were seated well after us started getting thier orders and unfortunately we couldn't wait any longer. We got up and attempted to pay for our drinks but the manager / cashier said they were on the house since we never got our food. I gave this review a 2 star because I know the food is great tasting (best local pizza imo, I been eating at various partners for 25+ years) but unfortunately the service at the Fayetteville location is quite sub-par. This isn't my first bad experience here (I voiced my opinion about terrible customer service to an employee in a previous experience but apparently that didn't help) but this...
Read moreI am a frequent customer with Partners pizza and I stopped going to the Fayetteville, GA location because they seem to love to burn pizza to the point of it not being edible every single time. Tonight I decided to do a pick up order with Fayetteville location because it was convenient and I was hungry and I had a long day and guess what type of pizza they cooked me? Burnt pizza... The worst part about this recurring situation is the fact that they do not apologize for the inconvenience of burning my pizza every single time and I've paid for many burnt pizzas only to let it go to waste because it is not edible. Fayetteville, GA Partner Pizza standards seem to be lacking. I've been going to Tyrone Partners Pizza because their standards seem to be high with better customer service and they have not burnt my pizza once. I am only writing this over due review as well because my friends have been having the same issues with this location so this shows a lot about Partners Pizza Fayetteville, GA location. If you enjoy Partners Pizza then driving a little further to Tyrone or Peachtree City is well...
