Hello Mrs. (To the manager)
in this situation: 5 mcchickens were rung up but 3 were rung up mistakingly (by me) . My father asked for a refund blah blah. I tried calling but no one picked up. Also a worker slipped and fell somehow on this day lol. I hope sheâs ok. Seriously. Hopefully that sounds familiar.
Iâd like to apologize for what happened today. My father paid for the order. But I rung it up. We were seriously confused about the bogo deal. I want to apologize not only because we go to your McDonaldâs often, but because I understand what customers service is like. I understood your side, but please, learn the difference between a rude customer and a concerned customer. That situation couldâve gone better had you known that. Itâll also help you as a manager. I learned this from you today. because I did, I will be a better employee. Trust me, my father didnât want to say anything. He was going to leave. But I insisted on him doing so because it was my mistake. Today was his birthday, he should not have even been paying for the meal in my opinion. But my maggot sisters really sat there and let him pay and I had 0.00 in my bank account so I could not pay for them, all I could do was give the coupon I had. I wish i wouldâve said something in the moment, but I didnât want to fuel the fire. I decided to deal with the matter separately since it was a heated moment. Also I think you were wrong. And I say that as someone who workâs customer service. My dad admitted he was confused and that resulted in the mistake that was made. Humans make mistakes and sometimes they arenât the best. He came humbly up to the register for your help willing to admit that. But you were rude so naturally he would be upset. The last thing you want is someone to downplay your character after just admitting you were wrong. I do get it though. There are customers that do that, they try to make it your problem by taking it out on you. My father did not do that. He simply admitted the mistake made, and asked generously for a refund. You truly were the one who stretched the matter. Nonetheless, I want to respectfully request that if we ever come back, and you do recognize us. Please donât treat my father badly. If you have any frustration just take it out on me, I can handle it. Iâm the one who picked up the mcchickens and I have locs for reference. Oh btw I understood how stupid that looked. I really had the intention the throw it away, for some reason I had a working habit at the time. Anyway, I did not review you only to defend my father, I did not want you upset longer than you had to be. If this situation did not phase you, thatâs great. But I know itâs possible. I know I personally canât say anything to make you happy. But I did understand your frustration, thank you for giving my father the refund anyway. thank you for giving us that last mcchicken despite how you felt. I know it can be hard doing customer service. For that alone I pray the Lord will bless you. Also, I highly respect you for not continuing to bicker with my father. My father stopped quickly because it isnât who he is (we are Christian, he didnât want to dig a deeper hole, he realized he was in the wrong for arguing back and stopped. I could see it, he swallowed his own frustrations and shut his own mouth. Itâs actually rare where I see other people do the same (in general) Youâre an amazing manager and an amazing woman. And I truly learned a lot from you today. But the truth actually is. That Iâve always liked your work ethic. Every since I first saw you in the building my fries have never been coldđ. And I genuinely do love you for that. Maâam, please have a good day. And if by any means that incident was the icing on the cake of another. I genuinely am sorry. May the Lord reveal himself to you and show you how to live peacefully. If you possibly got to the end of this, that means you actually did read it. And that also, is admirable. I apologize if this was a waste of your time. However, I did try. Have a good week. (Ty for reading...
Read moreI have had multiple bad experiences with this McDonalds, but I'm usually an understanding person, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt more often than not. But I think today was the last straw. Whenever I get a McChicken, I always add pickles and extra mayonnaise. Well, apparently you can not customize your sandwich on the app if you are using your rewards points now. So when I got to the drive thru, I asked for pickles to be added and was told I would be charged. When I asked how much, I was told they have to ring up as tartar sauce for 65 cents, even though pickles are much cheaper. (The cashier told me this, and I knew from experience of my own). I opted out, even though I really wanted them. Once I got to the window for my food, I was told they didn't have coke, so I asked for my money back, despite it being only a dollar. I only wanted coke, I don't like any of their other drinks. This seemed to upset that cashier, who while yelling for a manager was trying so rudely to get me to choose another drink. (I was still upset about the pickle nonsense, so I stood my ground) The. When I got my sandwich, it was the dryest, but slimiest McChicken I have ever had. Such a teeny tiny little dab of mayonnaise, and some what looked like very old lettuce. You could feel the slime even when I was eating the sandwich, so I had to pick that off. When I picked off the lettuce, it almost no mayonnaise on the sandwich. So basically so dark toasted bread and a chicken patty was my sandwich. I am done with this place. This is not the first unhappy trip I have had here, but it will be the last. (If I knew how to load pics on here, I would show y'all...
Read moreOk so I'm disappointed again. The bacon Cesar ranch salad that I ordered is NOT the same salad they had before covid. This is a salad you can buy at circle K or Walmart. The original salad they cooked a piece of grilled chicken and put fresh bacon and ingredients on the salad and you could customize it the way you wanted it. The chicken was fresh and warm yum. Not anymore. Now it is a prepackaged salad from who knows where made who knows when. I'm very unhappy with it. Next time I will go to Wendy's or Chick-fil-A where i can get a decent salad. I'm trying to make healthier choices for my new year but I would like I very much if I could get quality choices not prepackaged mediocre choices for the prices that are charged. I would also appreciate that when I order and pay for extra dressing that you please put it in the bag as well. I discovered that my dressing was not in the bag when I arrived home. Thank goodness I had some of my own dressing at home. Come on McDonald's is it really that hard for you all to put a little more pride into your work. I see that everyone is asking to make more per hour but in my opinion I don't really see where more pay is deserved until you can actually earn it. Take pride in your work no matter what! This particular McDonald's seems to be more offensive than some of the others in town. My recommendation is to find a McDonald's that is corporate owned because the quality seems to be...
