I went to pick up dinner for me and my family and the worst experience I have ever had here. I pull through the drive through window and a young black woman who looked like she was 19, was rude from the very second I pulled up. Had an attitude the whole time. She had asked for my number and I said I had not called and still needed to order. In a very rude tone she told me next time I had to come inside but for now she’d let it slide because I was already at the drive though. Then told me if someone else pulls up behind me I needed to pull off onto the side and she would have someone bring my food out. So I did as she said, and I waited for thirty minutes before finally parking and going inside to find out that my food had been ready for twenty minutes and she told no one or informed anyone that she had me to pull off on the side and to bring it out. So the food was cold. And when I tried to call to make a complaint about the young woman, another person caught an attitude saying they don’t bring the food out to people. So then why was I told that?? Not only that I have been going through the drive through without having to call every other time, and no one but her has said anything to me about that. Read moreI have ordered from this restaurant many times but the last few times the customer service has been HORRIBLE. Last night finally did it for me! I ordered my food for the take out window when I get there the young lady says we don't have your order and convinced I called the wrong one. I know I didn't because it's saved in my contacts...I'm a repeat customer. The young lady turns to talk with another young lady then suddenly says to me they didn't have my order although I called the correct number. She takes my order (no apology of sorry for the mistake) then says it's gone to be another 15 minutes, for me to pull up to wait because cars were behind me and that all she said! Here I go assuming my food will be brought out since it was their error, but nope....waited 15+ minutes. Went in and my food is sitting at the window pickup. When I mentioned I'm waiting for them to bring my order out, 3 young ladies say (in tune) oh no we don't do that, you suppose to drive back to the pickup window. As a former Japanese restaurant employee, It is the best option for Japanese food in the area if you want the taste, the sauce, and to avoid the longer waits and crowds. The chefs come from the same establishments as the others so they all have the same training. These guys are professional chefs so don't come in expecting a clown show, there's a difference in culinary performance and comedy clowns. I love the fact that the chefs aren't over the top trying to show us a clown show, but instead show their art. Remember the chefs are there to prepare a meal and provide some culinary talent. They often cook several tables back to back and your vibe is equally as important for setting the tone for what type of performance they will give you.
