KFC — Restaurant in Fayetteville

KFC is my favorite fried chicken. I eat at one location or another two or three times a week. I also on occasion and my delivery driver for doordash I had a delivery order for the Raeford road cliffdale KFC which I went to pick up I walked into the restaurant no acknowledgement that that I was even visible to anybody know asking if they can help me know giving me the opportunity to tell them that I was a door dash delivery driver. There were three or four people at the front of the restaurant and then yes everybody was busy although there was no customers. The general manager was the one who prepared the order I was there to pick up she came up to the front to talk to one of the employees and oh my God was she rude to that person. And when she finished the order she was just saying it to the side. No one in that restaurant knew I was the doordash delivery driver nor did they know which order I was there to pick up because nobody talked to me. This is a restaurant I will not patronize I will not bring my money to until they learn some customer service and that is on the manager. I feel bad for the employees because they are young and watch their manager disrespect them and their customers so do not...

You can tell something isn't quite right here. The drive-thru speaker was making a weird beep and the girl trying to take my order wasn't speaking either. After I ordered my chicken sandwich meal she said they were out of fries. Usually when a place can't offer you what order it's met with an apology but she just said it with a tone as if it was my problem. Then said it was going to be $31!. I said excuse me? She giggled and I pulled up to the window. She again said it was $31? Then laughed at my reaction. She correctly told me the amount would be $8.31. She had already given me a drink covered with soda on the outside of the cup and without a straw. She was wiping the soda off of her hands but handed me the messed up drink. I paid and waited 5min or so. I asked for green beans since they were out of fries. She gave me the bag and I left. I had to go to the store next door so I ate my food there. I opened the bag and I didn't have a fork either. So I threw the green beans in the trash and just ate the sandwich. The bread was partly cold. How is that...

We rated this kfc a 1. Yesterday, we went to KFC for lunch and the manager told us we will have to wait 45 minutes for extra crispy. So we did when they called our number I had the bag in my hand and the cashier told me we gave you a leg and a thigh, I told her and showed her my receipt this is not what we ordered. She said, you got to wait 45 minutes . I told we just waited 45minutes, well we fixed another customer 8 piece box and other people had to wait. I told her again we already waited out time. So she had an attitude about the situation. This was not fair for the next customer's to get their chicken before us. The manager showed poor performance and results in this matter. She didn't attempt to make us feel better just handed me out money and walked away. She was about sells not satisfying the customer. This experience was the worst I ever had with this company.
