Smoothie King — Restaurant in Fayetteville

UNFORTUNATELY the Smoothie King on Ramsey Street is up to their old antics again trying to charge you twice for ingredients you’ve already purchased. On every visit I order a 40 ounce gladiator smoothie I request four extra scoops of gladiator strawberry protein, which produces a little bit more smoothie than the cup can hold “. when I ask them for my ingredients in an extra cup they tell me they’re gonna have to charge me again for the extra which is charging me twice for what I already paid for. I don’t mind paying for the cup but to tell me that you have to charge me for another smoothie when I’ve already purchased the ingredients is robbery. This may be the managers policy. Which is an HR concern but if this is Smoothie Kings policy then I need to purchase my smoothies with my hands in the air from now on because this is a stick up....

So typically when I go in here I get great customer service but today when I went in I made an order and i said I wanted a large smoothie, I pay for it, didn't notice that I didn't get charged for a large, when I get the drink it's a 20 oz. The young lady was like no problem, let me fix that. I told her I will pay the difference. Then the guy that took my order said I asked 20 and you said yea. I said no I ordered a large, and he continues to argue. I said I'm not going to argue, just let me pay the difference and get my smoothie. Who ever hired him, needs to retrain him on customer service. He was rude, and barely paid attention when he took my order because he had to go back an press the button so that I could pay after a few minutes. Won't be going back, I'm not in the mood to argue...

Came in during my lunch break and the line was out the door. Sweet Leiah was ONE DEEP! Not only did she handle each and every customer with a smile, she got EVERY ONES order correct and didn't get flustered or upset at all. I didn't ask her, but she looked to be college aged. Management, I can only hope to imagine that this was a scheduling hiccup out of someone's realm of control. While waiting for my order, I searched high and low at the local establishments near by for a working ATM or a way to receive cash back to leave her a tip, but due to the pandemic that couldn't be accommodated. BIG UPS to Leiah!!!! Raise?! Bonus?!?!...
