Super Wing Station — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I'd give this place no stars if I could!! We will never eat here again! My husband and I went out on a limb and wanted to try this place since it was new to the area. As we walked up we noticed there was a wing challenge and if you did it you could win a tshirt. My husband decided to try it for fun and asked the waitress how it works. She said you have to eat 10 wings in 30 minutes and you can't use sauce. We asked if there were any other rules and she said no so we placed our order and my husband waited for his super spicy wings. Once they got to our table he once again asked if he could eat them any way he wanted and the waitress said he could because there were no rules on how to eat them. My husband then went to work stripping each bone of the meat and stacking it up on a plate. He stripped all 10 wings and once he was finished he started eating the meat he had stripped off. Everyone gathered around to cheer him on and goodness those wings looked so very spicy (my husband has done many of these challenges and said this was the worst one yet). As he is about half way done with his plate the manager comes out and begins to yell at the waitresses gathered around the table saying "that is not right, that is not right, he can't do that" and made an unvelievable scene. The waitresses defended us and said he should have said something about the way they needed to be eaten if this was a rule and that they weren't going to stop my husband since he was already so far in. The manager then ran to the back and called all of the waitresses back there one by one and yelled at them. Our waitress was so nice and apologetic about her manager's behavior and still wanted to give us a shirt since my husband finished the food but when she went to the back to get one the manager was guarding them and wouldn't let her bring one to us. She even tried to buy one to give to us but the manager told her it would be $100 to buy the shirt. All of the employees looked so disheartened by the whole incident and embarrassed that they were yelled at in front of customers it was just sad. First time trying this establishment since I’ve moved to the area, I must say with all honesty “I am highly disappointed and disgusted. I walked in to place an order and complimented on how lovely the placed looked on the inside. I ordered a 15 piece at 5:44 pm and didn’t get my food until 7:20!!!! I kept my composure and stayed calm as I waited in line. I have never done a NEGATIVE review but today I needs to be address for the public to know what kind of establishment you are walking into. However I can understand about being understaffed so things won’t always be done in a timely manner as for service but the constant waiting and ppl placing orders after my own order and receiving their food first. Only three ppl I can completely understand, but to not manage it and handle business professionally I can’t ignore. The disregard to separate orders from pick-up and only one person can operate behind the counter for drinks and taking orders, while only one cook who doesn’t wear gloves and eats while he is in the back🤢. Of course the food was cold and my patience ran thin but at a certain point I didn’t even want to hurt the line by making other customers wait behind me. Food was absolutely TRASH. Ordered a gyro wrap, steak & shrimp hibachi and fried shrimp fried rice along with my wife's steak hibachi.

The steak in the hibachi meat tasted like cow liver, literally, which tells me it wasn't really beef. The gyro lamb meat was seared in a frying pan making it hard like beef jerky, not Greek friendly at all. The fried rice was grey and soggy with no taste, obviously cooked wrong and hours old. The shrimp was like rubber and the fried shrimp although looked good tasted like bighting into a can of crisco oil.

Last but not least the there were flys and gnats everywhere and the tables and booth seats were completely sticky.

So disgusted with that place, can't believe the meal for my wife and I was $80. Business is Business but this place needs a health inspection and to hire real cooks, not depend on old people and none experienced cooks to serve the public. If I could give it negative stars I would. THIS IS ALSO A...
