Worth the read.....I recently went to chikfila and arrived close to their closing time. I went through drive thru- as it is currently the only option with the covid pandemic. Once I pulled away from drive thru- with my order which was for the most part, correct (almost always is at this location) except they forgot the chikfila sauce this time. I drove over to gas station which happens to be in same parking lot. As i pumped gas, i cleaned my car a bit and as I throw away piece of paper with orders written on it - I realize my stepdaughter asked for chikfila sauce and I knew from looking in bag as I left chikfila- it wasnt there. I do remember ordering it...they just forgot it. I'm thinking dang it- because my stepdaughter and stepson were only visiting from FL..so I already feel guilty for getting fast food, and now I don't have the sauce?? Worst stepmom ever right?!?! So...I look at clock and realize chikfila is less than 5 minutes in to closing. I thought....well it would be nothing for them to hand me some sauce...they are there closing down the place either way...so I drive back over....pull right up to the window and 2 girls were in there doing closing duties. Well, 1 girl is mopping and the other is actually sat on the bar, the same bar our food waits on or passes over - one way or the other to get to drivethru customers. So...never actually gave that, that much thought but ew.. Moving on....so..the girl mopping- definitely saw me pull up, although she quickly turned her back to the window and stayed that way. Now, I knew that was rude but - im learning how to give benefit of the doubt....so I stayed there hoping she would turn around. As I sat - and just know that I have a good intuition, oh and I'm not dumb!!!!!! but I realize what's happening. The girl that saw me - is still with her back to me and she tells the other girl ...(I'm guessing) not to look at me! I know that's what was happening- I just cant confirm the actual words used. In that moment, I almost felt embarrassed. It took me back to a feeling I can only remember having in high school...just uncomfortable. I'm in my late 30s...well..actually 35 so..it can be rounded either way. :) These girls look to be young 20s and likely just not had the life experience needed to know how important customer service is. I do understand they had been closed for, at the most, 5 minutes - and I understand they have rules to follow. If nothing else though - turn around and just mouth to me "we are closed" or "the window is locked." Anything different would have been better in that moment. It felt a little "mean girlish" and tbh I think its against what separates chikfilas from other fast food. Its not the end of the world- but it was rude and uncalled for. I mean - I've literally just purchased 30+ nuggets girls! You handed them to me!!! Not my fault you forgot the sauce. Anyway...after an uncomfortably long wait (seemed like hours) and only after realizing I wasnt leaving - the girl that was mopping opened the window and said "we are closed." I held my food up and said - "you forgot my sauce." They handed it to me and I drove off feeling like maybe I should have told them just how rude it was. Read moreThis one on Ramsey is not so friendly and very unorganized. I can admit , the food is always fresh and tasty. I only ever get the Cobb salad. About a month ago was my first time ever eating at chick filet . The Cobb salad was so good I ordered again the next day. My husband tried it and he too fell in love with it. We ordered 3 times that week. The next week we ordered, we so happen to get the dried red peppers in a bag , that is supposed to come with the salad. After about 6 salads in , is when we received them. Prior to that , this establishment never ever put them in with our order. I came to the establishment last night , 8/25 and ordered 3 Cobb . One for me, hubby and son. Got home 10 mins away and they only put dressing in for 2 salads and guess what ? No bags of the dried red peppers. (Which comes with the salad mind you). I was heated. I drove back and went inside. Was at the counter alone , and 3 workers walked right by me. One was a manager because she was in different attire. The young man who originally brought my order to me curbside noticed me and asked what happened. He apologized and gave me what I needed. So I’m thankful. I’m also glad that he came when he did because they way the others just walked right on past me had me fuming . Definitely didn’t need to end up on the news over salad. Read morePlaced my order for two combos in drive thru and was asked what sauce do I want. I requested 5 packs of Roasted BBQ sauce for each meal for a total of 10 packs and a pack of mayo while placing my order. We use the sauce for fries and we had an 8ct of nuggets. The food was delivered to my car and checked the bag and there was no Roasted BBQ sauce. I called the the attendant back to the car and explained I requested 10 packs and she said we can't give out 10. She asked to see my order and said she would ask for some. So the response was to give me none. She came back to the car with 5 packs and I asked if I can pay for the sauce and she said she and the person at the window did not want to get in trouble. I asked that she needs to relay to her management that I was asked how many I want during the time I placed my order which is misleading. And we don't use ketchup so allow us to pay for what we want. I understand the young lady was doing her best, but there needs to be better service to customers to receive what they ordered. Instead of giving me less than what I requested, they gave me Roasted BBQ sauce, just the mayo. The pleasantries from the employees do not void the expectation to get orders as requested.
