I came to uBreakiFix in Fayetteville because unfortunately I dropped my phone and my screen stopped working. A couple of days before Christmas last year, I visited uBreakiFix in Trussville, AL and they not only fixed my screen but they also put on a liquid glass that was said to protect my screen and keep it from being damaged. I was hoping that through the 90 day warranty, I would be able to diagnose the problem and get the screen working again. As soon as I walked in and told Anthony about my issue, he got to working on my phone and immediately addressed how warm the back of my phone was. He took my phone to the back and after a few minutes came back and told me the screen unfortunately was damaged and would need to be replaced. I was slightly discouraged because I thought my screen issues were done after I got it fixed at Christmas. Once he looked up my previous visit, he saw all the work the other store did and gave me a few options. Then he told me to hold on and went to the back. After a few minutes, he came back up front and showed me my phone with a replaced screen. He completely changed the screen for me and just asked that I leave this review. The coolest thing is he didn’t have to help me, but I am so glad he did. I hope this review not only brings them more business but also more satisfied customers who can speak up about the great customer service at this store. Go see Anthony and tell him Ray from...

I had my phone repaired at my job. The tech was great. On time, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Quick screen repair for a cracked screen.
A week later, my bf takes his phone to the store and they tell him it will be an hour and a half. Store was empty, two gentlemen were standing there doing nothing when we arrived. When he picked up his phone, he noticed a ton of apps turned on to include the phone location, settings had been messed with and a few things were out of place.
With that said, I find it odd that they need your phone to be unlocked or require your pin/password to "test" a screen. I understand they need to ensure the screen is working properly but that can be done in front of the owner of the device. Secondly, why would it take over an hour at the store vs 20 minutes when they come to you, for the same phone repair, same model and same screen? And why would settings and other personal...
Read moreMailed broken Nintendo Switch out Monday and it delivered Tuesday. Never received a call giving me a diagnosis. They just sent it back saying the device was unrepairable. Even though, repairing broken charge ports on Nintendo Switches is a service they provide. So either they were upset that I had to call Asurion because they didn’t answer the phone or they don’t know what they are doing. I never talked to anyone at this location. I had to call Asurion and the gentleman I talked to said he would call because it’s highly unlikely that they wouldn’t answer a call from Asurion. Sure enough they didn’t answer. I was so close to having to drive up there and fix the situation. I live 2 hours away. If I would have gone up there because they’re to lazy to answer the phone then I would have gone to jail. These people don’t care at all. Lack of communication. I should have sent it to Nintendo from tel he get go. All I did by sending it to Fayetteville was...
