A few things to keep in mind when considering this place.
I ordered on a Friday a little after 6pm. I read the reviews and took into consideration that the wait time may be an issue which I was prepared for.
I walked into the place never once was I greeted. Being my first time at this establishment I walked up to the sign that says order here. After asking a few people in line if they ordered yet so I’m skipping the line, they told me they are just waiting. I get to the counter and the lady in front of me acknowledge me by lifting her head up every few seconds but never said hello, give me a second, I’ll be right with you. Any of those things would have worked for me. After she finish doing what she was doing she asked what can she get for me.
I placed my order she took my name didn’t provide my total and when I looked at the screen to put my card in I noticed the total and asked if they charge extra for the card because it showed an additional fee which is fine but it could have been told to me or a sign could have been put it to notify customers.
I paid and asked her how long. She said about 30-35 minutes. I grabbed a menu to look over for future orders since they had no menus visible displayed. I told her I’m going to my car but be back before 35 minutes to make sure I hear my ordered called.
I’m in my car reading over the menu it hasn’t even been 5 minutes yet and I called the store just to make sure I had the correct spice of the sauce as it was different on the menu. I spoke with 2 ladies who had no clue where my order was to make adjustments for it. The Second Lady ask for my phone number and I said the lady never asked for a number she only asked for my order and my name, she finally says hold on and put a guy on the phone so I had to explain everything again for the 3rd time.
He tells me he can’t find the ticket and kept asking what my call in order was. I explained I didn’t call in my order in, I ordered it in store. He finally finds the ticket and said it’s busy today. I understand that but that shouldn’t be an excuse for a missing ticket, now the wait time I understand.
Anyways I go back in to get my order and once again no structure to the line itself to order or pick up just people standing in front waiting. I get my order and would have like if they had seasoning or condiments to use. I had to go to a table and apologize so many times for asking if I can use some garlic powder, cheese and red pepper flakes.
I ordered a 20” pepperoni pizza and 10 piece buffalo wings. Now I asked the lady who took my order if the wings are a decent size so I know if I needed to get more wings because I’m a wing lover she said ohh yea they are good sized. That wasn’t the case. $12 for 10 small wings. The wings were soggy and no where near mild. Just soggy skin and overcooked meat inside. The pizza was ok nothing that wowed me.
Also, no napkins in the bag which isn’t an issue at all but if you plan to eat on the road just grab some before you leave.
The place is small and cramped and although when you walk in it’s 3-4 people in front don’t expect good customer service. 1 lady was on her phone, 1 guy was on the store phone actually working, the lady who took my order was scrambling through tickets and another guy was standing there like he didn’t understand where he was at.
Again this is my review, I know it’s long but I wasn’t wowed by this place nor was I wowed about the customer service. Chad was helpful and the guy that was flipping the dough was the only ones who seemed to care about...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
It's a shame that zero stars is not an option!
We dined at the Spring Lake Brooklyn Pizzeria starting in 1999 while working on Fort Bragg, and it was always excellent. After military retirement, we don't go to Spring Lake very often, so we have not eaten there in 5ish years. Today, we were in Fayetteville for a kid's soccer tournament and got excited that the Ramsey Street Brooklyn Pizzeria was very close. That excitement fizzled quickly.
After soccer was over, we ordered a large pizza, garlic knots, and a salad and went to our vehicle to wait. About 20 minutes later, I went back in and asked the lady to make sure they didn't call my name while I was outside. Then another lady said, "He just ordered" with a big attitude. Then, a man behind the counter said it's probably in the oven. I said ok and sat at a table to wait. At the 45-minute point, I went back to the counter and asked how long they thought until my order was ready since it had been 45 minutes. This was a different lady with more attitude who said "well it takes 45 minutes". I said nothing because if I did, it would not have been nice. The second rude lady sat down playing on her phone for 5 minutes, then got up and was browsing the ready orders sitting on top of the oven and speaking with the cooks. Then she asked me what I ordered...oh boy!! I told her what I ordered, so she started to get a salad out of the fridge. I said, "Wait, if they hadn't even started making the pizza, then I will take a refund instead of waiting another hour for pizza"...plus we have an hour drive home. Then a man, maybe the manager, came to give the refund because the cashier didn't know how. The cashier was nice and professional but new. Hopefully the two rude women don't continue training her in their ways. Finally received the refund, but no apology at all and went to Chick-fil-A...weird, those folks were fast, nice and professional.
I was expecting it to be like the Spring Lake Brooklyn Pizzeria from years back since I believe it was the same owner. Back then, the owner worked at the Spring Lake Brooklyn, and he and the staff were awesome! Maybe it's a different owner now.
Needless to say, we won't be back, and we'll advise the soccer league to...
Read moreI selected 1 start for each, accept for the food because I did not have an opportunity to taste. I ordered a carry out pizza, large pepperoni, half pineapple. I was told the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes because it was a Friday, which I was totally okay with. After having waited about 1.5 hours, a mistake was made with my order. Instead of a large pizza, they made a small pizza. Further, w/o pineapples. When I told the female who rang me up, she insisted that I had ordered a small pizza, and that she had also wrote on the ticket pineapples. (FYI, a small pizza with mozz sticks was $27.00). Here are my issues:
Good customer services should accept responsibility of making an error, apologize, fix error, and move on. This was not the case at all. The cashier had an attitude and insisted that I ordered a small pizza. She then wanted to charge me extra to correct her error. When I asked for her manager, she sarcastically replied while pointing, "He's busy making pizzas".
When speaking with the person she said was the manager, he of course sided with the cashier and also wanted to charge me extra to correct her error. When I asked for a refund, he slammed the pizza on the table top.
I waited for 1.5.hours, they make a mistake with my order, and then with an attitude, want to charge me extra to fix the order. I was very disappointed in their behavior and the treatment toward me. Their behaviors were very disrespectful. I will NEVER return to Brooklyn Pizza on Ramsey.
Needless to say, I went to Elizabeth's on Skibo road, which was delicious and had excellent customer service. -- Doc
