Strike 1: I was given 3 fresh looking oatmeal raisin cookies that were soft. I was also given 3 dark brunt looking oatmeal cookies. I guess he used me to dispose of the burnt funny looking cookies. However, my daughter enjoyed her sandwich. My sandwich was okay. They were a little busy with trying to do mobile orders and walk-ins. However, it's an okay place to eat at.

Strike 2: Update: June 9th, 2021 They only had wheat or white bread and no cookies. They seemed to only have 2 people working, and they weren't planning on making anything that was needed 🙄.

Update: December 8th,2023 They have done it again. My husband and I ordered a total of 3 sandwiches. We had them cut into 4 pieces. The end piece of my sandwich 🥪 hits the floor. I didn't see it fall, but my husband saw everything. For a moment, I thought he was joking. However, I noticed my sandwich sitting over on the counter behind the lady who had finished making my sandwich. My husband ask are they going to make a new sandwich. She replied,"Yes." My husband offered to buy the other part of the sandwich that didn't hit the floor, and they, the man and lady workers, looked at each other and mumbled to themselves. Eventually, they ended up using another piece of bread that came from another sandwich that matched the piece that had hit the floor to finish out my sandwich. First of all, now when you go in there, you can't even watch them apply the meat and cheese to the sandwich, which I thought to be strange. Second of all, the bread was hard. My husband and I will no longer visit this location.

The treatment I received deserved less than 1 star, but it is your employees' awful behavior that made me write the review. I ordered curbside pickup as always, but this time met disabled husband went to pick up the food. When the employee came out and said there was no order, she asked him my name, and he gave my first name, and the receipt showed the last name first initial. He insisted the order was there and gave her the order number, which she still refused to check. When he came back, I went over because I could walk inside as soon as get inside; I glanced over at the order on the shelf and saw my order. I questioned the girl about what had transpired and asked her why didn't she match any of the other info, and she gave me a blank stare. I asked her name...crickets! I asked for the manager, and she said Kira would be in the following day. This associate needs to be retrained in customer service, and she needs an attitude adjustment. Since she remains nameless, I will describe her as a darker-skinned AA young woman with a silver nose ring, and very small locs or twists. Subway, why does your website ask for a preface, but the associate never even looks at the instructions? My sandwiches were soggy from the ton of mayo, and I never got my drinks. This latest altercation has made me rethink ordering from this location....

It makes no sense to have a meal of the DAY that yall changed to different hours as you choose. As someone who has came here before on her lunch break not sure what happened to the staff. The young lady working today, 2/11/25 at 2:30 PM, had an awful attitude. When I came in I asked for the meal of the day she pointed out it was not until 3 (they recently added a printed note with their own rules) just making conversation I was like oh interesting because I have came here and gotten it on my lunch break before. She laughed multiple times then said “it says it up there right on the board” as if I could not read. I reiterated because I was just making conversation that I have gotten it before so it was just interesting. I still proceeded to ask for the same thing regardless of the price. She kept laughing and acted as if I did not know what I wanted to order. Like I did not know the different from slice to shredded cheese. while taking my order but could not follow when I said I wanted the chicken with the cheddar. I actually waked out because of the laughter and rudeness! Don’t want to come again which is awful because I did regularly come as I work in the daycare not far.
