Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I love tropical smoothie Cafe, especially when I want something on the healthierish side. Came in at 8:37 to come get a chicken chipotle flatbread with a smoothie and some chips but before I can place the order and I asked the Caucasian lady with short hair and glasses that was cleaning the smoothie station What time they close and she told me that they're not closed yet but the food station is closed. ??? Why are you open if the food station close? I've been to multiple tropical smoothie Cafe even 10 minutes before they were about to close and I was able to order food. Maybe this is individually ran but if I knew that I wouldn't have came here. Very disappointed and left hungry, would have loved to got something to...

So I ordered online and when I arrived the order was not ready in the time frame it was quoted. I requested a refund after 15 mins…. The cashier told me that they were busy ( making free smoothies, I want to add I did not request any free smoothies; my order was a paid one) and that was the issue and I would have to get a refund from the app … I did not use the app. I just placed my order online and I did not see a number to reach. I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager for guidance; A manager was not on staff. That is the problem… no supervision on staff equals noone to provide customers with solutions when the staff available is ill equipped to do so. Tropical smoothie do better… smoothie king...

Fortunately it’s a convenient location, unfortunately they some of the worse staff.. I get it it’s early, but the attitudes are uncomfortable. I’m not even trippin on the oven not working, but because I ask how long it will take the whole attitude and the finger nail popping comes out. The manager is sitting right there watching it unfold. I’m sure she scared of the little girl, so she probably won’t say anything. For a store that’s 4 months old to have these low reviews...
