Los Arcos Express — Restaurant in Federal Heights

horrible customer service. they messed up our order on a 3$ item. by the time we went home they were already closed. we went back another day, and mentioned it. we described the guy working that shift, he wasn't there this time.

they asked if we called about it, we didn't. they were already closed so it wouldn't have made sense. they basically asked us a bunch of questions and were treating us like liars. they obviously didn't believe us and didn't want to give us the item that we had paid for previously. "the owner doesn't like it" we were told. if we were lying, it would have been about a more expensive item. at that point I was pissed. I told the guy to not even worry about it. he eventually said he'd give it to us but was irritated. as was the other worker.

basically we were both treated like liars and I left pissed. their food is ok, but nothing special. but their customer service was below the average and I will not be going there ever again.

if you go there, it's all good. just don't be surprised when THEY mess up your 3 item order, and eventually treat you like a liar/scammer/thief, and don't want to correct it. restaurants shouldn't put you in a bad mood. for that, they're...

HORRIBLE! I ordered a #6 combo with a side of rice and beans.

I chose the steak breakfast burrito. I got a burrito full of beans.

I chose a shredded beef taco. I got a cold, soggy ground beef taco, which was laying on top of my soggy, cold tostada.

I chose a bean and beef tostada. I got only beans with a ton of lettuce and tomatoes, which i absolutely do not like on my food, nor did i order.

I chose a chicken enchilada. I got an enchilada with NOTHING inside.

I tried calling the restaurant. They told me they actually undercharged me for a breakfast steak burrito. They wanted to charge me $4 and i never even received the steak! If it was an extra charge, they should put that online then when you order. They said what i chose doesn't normally come like that so that's why they gave me that. They can't just pick and choose what food I'll eat if I asked for something specific.

The rice was hard. Only thing good was the beans.

To top everything off, it says that order was made already an hour before I placed it. That is disgusting and so was the food. To end the call, they hung up in my face and stopped answering their phones. I...

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. We ordered through grubhub and the restaurant gave the driver the wrong order. We called and the employees were less than helpful. We had to drive over to get our food. On the way there the "manager" called to basically say they had a rush and that's why they messed up the order. When we got to the restaurant he was very combative, raised his voice and got even louder when I tried to argue back. He obviously has no training in customer service and seemed genuinely baffled when asked how they planned on making it right. He felt the need to prove half the order right, and proceeded to use his bare hand to tear into the burrito and then was reluctant to replace it. He slammed the window in our faces and proceeded to slam things around as he made the burrito. When we asked for a phone number for management we were told he has no way of contacting them and we could contact the main restaurant...
