The female manager is a joke I don't know she's all but 14 years old and immature she's pretty at first glance but when she starts to talk and open her mouth she's completely hideous and an eyesore/DUMPSTER JUICE I myself would never speak of a young woman like that unless it was 100% true and I assure you it's not 100% true this is 1,000% true she hates her job she's a racist and if you are white and plan on going to thid store just be planned to be treated disrespectfully and get no customer service whatsoever. If you would like to know more and see the truth I am going to post videos on social media and on their Facebook pages to expose this lady to show you that this is not a joke nor a lie this is 100% real fact and what I'm saying now I can't get in trouble for cause it's not only my opinion but it's the honest to God truth no stretching the truth or addin things that never happened if you see my post you will then see yourself that THESE ARE STRAIGHT FACT . I'm also going to take this up with the news so maybe they can make it public and she could be made aware that you shouldn't treat people disrespectful like that when they help you and pay your paycheck hopefully this will be an eye-opener and a lesson and if you don't like your job in customer service then find a different profession because hospitality and customer service is your worst attribute your worst attribute and I don't even know you but you've shown a lot IN just THE little time that I have been at your store if I was the one that owned this store I would be completely embarrassed and I feel sorry for the owner of the store because this is the person who is running your brand and this is your face of the brand for your company and she is running it into the ground being disrespectful rude and just a flat-out mean person but if that's the people you would like to hire then good luck with your business adventures and I wish you the best but you're not going to go far at all just like that young lady I'm sorry the young lady that acts like an old Grinch already and she's barely what 14 years old hating HEr life hating your job and hating everybody around her that's sad I'll pray for you though cuz Lord knows you need it I will pray for you oh yeah and I can't wait to see you on the news and social media cuz I'm posting it all over. Ok, this place is hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is amazing!🍕 But others... It's like, why didn't you take it out on time! It's all burnt and horridly dry. The people there always look like they have lost their will to live, like the light in their souls got burnt like the pizza I ordered on the app...but honestly, can you blame them? Their eyes always look lifeless💀 and their face says "I want you gone" just like the look on their parents face knowing they won't move out ever, and they'll have to raise their kids and future spouses. But- it's not always bad, like I said, sometimes the pizza is great! 👍It is at times, deliciously gooey with cheese and if you order stuffed crust, they will VERY RARELY slather that delicious garlic butter on the crust, making you feel like you just won the lottery when they do! But don't count on it, I've learned all to well, that I'm just not worthy of delicious pizza for less than 15 dollars. Plus 9 for delivery and tax and tip. Wake up you fool! This is Little Caesars! Now get in line and wait 15 minutes if you come in after 4pm!!... Bread sticks are still good...

Food was excellent. Pick up order. Cashier was really friendly. I felt bad for her. Ordered online for a pick up. Wanted to try gluten free crust. Ordered 2 pizzas, crazy puffs and 2 drinks. Went to pick the order up and I was told my order was cancelled and refunded by the manager. The cashier said they only had 1 gluten free crust left. My question was why didn't they call me? I didn't know my order was cancelled. No answer. No one had an answer. Why would you cancel an order and not say something. Mind boggling to me. Seems really logical. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, crazy puffs and drinks. They did not have anything prepared. So I waited another 20 minutes for it to be made. Not once did the manager come speak to me or apologize. The cashier relayed everything. Clearly no training for managers. Lots of training opportunities for this location. Good service goes a long way. Turnover goes down when good leaders...
