Great food 👏👏👏Mmmm that food was soooo 👍. The Waitress #8003 Karely U. She was very kind and polite when speaking. She was ☺, attentive, her customer service was on point. Thank you for your excellent service. On 8/4/2018 2:33am. My Wife and I walk in and was greeted with smile.👍👌. The waitress was very polite, attentive and energetic. We get seated, we look through the menu. There was another Employee cleaning up. Before She turns on the Vacuum in our eating area. She looks at us and She asks: "Would it be ok for me to vacuum in here?" 😳🤗👊🤜🤛👏🤝 Wow!! Common courtesy, mutual respect, kind 💓, hospitality and excellent customer concern. Oh! Her name is Annie K. it's time to order. Wife gets the Big Steak Omelette, I get the Poblano Omelette. So far so good.. 10 minutes later our food shows up. As soon as we saw the food. I look at my Wife 😮😒😕😨😬😤. She says to me: Wheres the hash brown, the meat is burnt, my Omelette is flat, who's the cook, OMG! this is not like the picture, it wasn't like this the last time I came etc.. I was like: 🙄😯😕. My Wife calls the waitress over. She says: this meat is burnt, I always come here and the meat is not suppose to be like that.. The waitress was polite and apologized for the inconvience and takes my plate back to the Chef. What was funny to me 😁. While the waitress was walking away with my plate, She yells out SEAN!!!!! COMING BACK WITH THE PLATE!!! I was like: LoL 😂😂😂😮 oooh.. Put the chef on blast.. My plate comes back with more meat, well cooked and looks like the picture.👍👍 👍. Overall our visit was great and very exciting.I said exciting. Because half way with our meals. Two drunk ladies walk in and they sat them right next to us. 😬😲😨😕😂😂 They were #$@###(/@#$#-@$) and very loud, I mean very loud. One of the ladies spilt the cocoa with cream on her face and they both started cracking up laughing.. 😵😵😵😵😁😂😂. So, it was a good entertaining meal. Also, I appreciate my Wife for saying something about my meal. Because I wasn't going to say anything. That's one of reason why I love her.

I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes its the only way a business can improve their products and services. I use to bring my kids here often when they were little (they are now in their late 20s). I wish I looked at the reviews before we came. The sprite we got tasted like mold so we asked for water which we didn't get until we asked a second time. They did remove the sprite from our bill. The food didn't take long to get to us as they weren't too busy but the pancakes were not as warm as we are use to and were not fully cooked (tried to take a picture to show the doughy texture). The food was overpriced. The bacon was overcooked. We asked for it to be put on a separate plate (which wasn't done) but the receipt said we asked for extra crispy meat. The server didn't seem to understand English very well which is provably why we got extra crispy meat instead of it on another plate. I asked for a side of ranch and got a small amount of what I think was ranch and some fries were sitting in it. It didn't taste like ranch and was the consistency of pudding and had a twinge of yellow. I couldnt stomach the taste so stopped after the first taste.I couldn't tell you what it was. The biscuit with egg and cheese was ok. The frues were ok but i would prefer my store biught frozen fries to these. I would expect a restaurant fries to be a little bit better. The hash browns were good. The women's rest room smelled strongly like a dirty litter box, it was bad. I've been in questionable rest areas that smelled better than this. The server was nice, however.

Went for breakfast with a party of 7 and a 4 month old baby in a stroller. Had a big language barrier with the server and what seemed to us as annoyed. The pancakes that we ordered with sausage and bacon came with only one bacon piece… Our total all together ended up being 104$. Server brought us our check and said she will add 15% gratuity since there was more than 6 of us. 15% for food and bad service in general? i asked for her to split the check as we were paying separately, and she told us no at first and brought someone else that was telling us that they will be adding the 15% to the $104 total and if we don’t like it we can take it up with the manager. She finally divided our check and was telling us that even in the front it says party’s over 6 will have a 15% gratuity added, which it clearly in front it states 8 or more. she said that with the little baby in the stroller it’s 8 and had the manager come argue about the baby counting because “he’s a person”. Since when does a 4 month old baby that was sleeping in a stroller, not sitting at the table or getting served food count as a customer? After paying she couldn’t give me the right change back. first and last time i come here. Servers name was Gloria and didn’t catch the other. Do not recommend eating at this location. If i could give this 0 stars i would.

Went for breakfast with a party of 7 and a 4 month old baby in a stroller. Had a big language barrier with the server and what seemed to us as annoyed. I rarely leave a negative review, running a business even a franchise I know how valuable customers are and how important it is for them to have good reviews. But this IHOP location has pushed me to write this. I am a single mom of a 2 year old and last Saturday we woke up late and had a birthday party to help decorate for so time was limited for breakfast. I thought it was cool that ihop offered an online ordering system. So I ordered online and was notified my meal was ready in 15 min. I drove over with my son and went in to pick it up and was told it wasn’t ready yet, just 5 more minutes. So I went and sat back in my car trying to keep my 2 year old busy. Then went back in after 5 min and they apologized again and said it wasn’t ready. So I went and sat back in my car. After going back and forth and sitting and waiting for 45 minutes I still didn’t have my order. I finally went in and was upset and they realized they gave my order to someone else. After wasting 45 minutes of sitting in the car I asked for a refund. The manager told me they were busy and she would call me back at 2pm that afternoon and process the refund. Well Sunday came and no phone call so since it wasn’t that much I wasn’t too worried about it and waited until Monday to call again. When I called Monday I was told that someone was going to call me back. No call.. so I called Tuesday and was told the manager wouldn’t be in until Friday. What kind of service is this? How hard is it to process a refund? I called corporate and was told they would notify the owner. They called me Friday and offered to remake the order.... no I want a refund. Ok well call you back around 2 pm. Then the manager calls me at 445 and left a voicemail because i was in the middle of picking my son up from daycare and told me she was off at 5 and to call her back to issue the refund. They gave me a 15 minute window after I’ve been waiting for 6 days. I called at 5:01 and it was too late she was gone. I called this morning 7 days later and was told yet again they would call me back tomorrow to handle it. Is this how you operate a business? You don’t know how to issue a refund? At this point I will never go to this location again and still haven’t gotten my money back but they keep just trying to re make my order. Talk about frustrating. If you can’t take care of online orders, don’t offer them... following back to this I finally got a refund and also a free meal. I’m glad it finally all got taken care of, it was just a bit irritating for how...

Today I had the worse experience ever here. As we waited for our food I had to ask more than once for water with no ice. When my daughter asked for another hot chocolate the lady said okay and came back less than 5 minutes later without it asking us if we needed refills. My food was over cooked. I asked for a medium well tbone two of them and they came back over well done. I verified with her twice before she left for medium well. Two other tables got their food before us and we were there before them at least by 15 to 20. I asked for the manager to discuss wait time and maybe a language barrier as the waiter seem more comfortable speaking in Spanish and not English and it was so much so we had issues getting hot chocolate. By the time the manager came the food was coming and I told her about the issues but that we should be okay. That's when the steaks came which we did try to eat them but they were so hard the forks were bending. Our waiter was helping other tables and she avoid walking past us so much I just got up and the first person I saw was the manager so I told her the issue about it she had them remade. At this point my boyfriend was upset as the kids were complaining about not getting refills the little bit of food we got wasn't good. So when the bill came at just under 100 he wasn't happy. So he spoke with someone who asked the manager to take one of the steaks off in response to poor service. The waiter we had then came back to the table with the change and said all you do is complain asking for a manager. I've never had such horrible service. The manager was so busy I had to speak to her as she was helping in the kitchen. I've never had such bad service anywhere. Especially having employee think they can say that. I don't care if someone ask for the manager every second that is not ok. The waiter's name was Gloria P. Her behavior...
