Today at just after 2pm I stopped in for a McChicken and Iced coffee. I waited literally 10 minutes before making it to the first window, where the girl took my debit card and frantically swiped it over and over. She then dissapeared WITH my card, and came back a few minutes later with another lady to tell me that they had been having issues all day and have only been taking cash. I asked why they don't have a sign up in drive thru, as I just wasted 15 minutes of my time sitting there, assuming I would eventually get what I ordered... the lady said "oh, she just took my place in drive thru and didn't know we couldnt take cards." No excuse. PUT A SIGN UP! I took my card back, told them nevermind, as I don't have cash, and drove off.
I don't know if I have the worst timing in the world, or what, but I work near this Mcdonalds and often stop to get a snack or a drink before getting on the highway to head home. Every single time I go through drive thru it takes an obscenely long time to respond to me pulling up. Sometimes I literally have to bring it to thier attention that I am there. I have never waited less than 15 minutes in thier drive thru, and the food or drink is often made incorrectly. The service is awful, and I have pretty low expectations. I am also rarely spoken to when going to each window. I will purposefully avoid them from now on, they aren't worth my time and obviously they couldnt care less about customer service. The one on Old Smizer Mill Rd is fantastic, if you have...
Read moreI ordered from their kiosk ad it didnt print a reciept. So i waited in line to ask if they could print me one. The cashier couldnt dind my order even though i already payed for it. So one of the managers had to intervene to figure it out. But realised it was because i ordered something that they dont carry anymore and basically removed my order. She explained this to me as if i was the one in the wrong for ordering somethjng they dont have. She asked if there was anything different she could get me. I told her it would be okay if they didnt put the sauce and cheese they dont have on it but make it how i ordered it on the origional order, which included no onions add pickles lettuce and mustard. Still i recieved no reciept so id known what order number to look for and left me waiting at the counter. They made my order and threw the bag on the other end if the counter and didnt call anything out so i waited expecting it was someone elses order... nope it was mine and sat there a good 10 more minutes before i got impatient and asked where my order was. Even after all that i recieved basically a double cheeseburger with no pickles and big pieces of onion on it and my fries were cold from sitting that whole time. This was a terrible experience and i hope management makes something of this stores...
Read moreFood was fine. The customer service here is sub-par at best. I come here just because they are open after I am off work. As a fellow food service worker I understand how difficult this time is, but I am also working several hours of over time, often alone on a shift as a manager. I come here to the parking lot lights turned off hours before their midnight drive through closes. I am writing this review from the parking lot as I just went through and ordered 50 minutes before closing. I am happy to serve customers even 1 minute before my store closes as that is the reason I am employed in this tough time. I order 50 minutes before closing to: not be greeted, not have a word said when paying or receiving my food. I said thank you several times to only have the worker not reply at all. At the very end I said, "Have a good evening." to receive the reply of... Uh, huh. I will continue to visit, but the worker in the blue and white vertical stripes needs to be retrained on...
