I ended up selecting one of those samples and have not been able to stop snacking on it! Can't wait to try pairing the sausage with some cheeses and other delightful pairings offered there. I also purchased some pastrami, Swiss cheese, mustard, and some bread selected by the staff with which I made a very delicious sandwich. We also tried some pastries that made us want to come back. Read moreIt took me entirely too long to wander in, but what a fantastic experience! That's the best pastrami I've ever had, Red Dragon mustard and ale cheddar, polish brine pickles, creamy cheddar, and duck pate. I also grabbed some focaccia, but it was toasting in the oven.
