Don’t go here and if you do don’t speak to an “volunteer “ cause they will screw you up badly!! I called to donate my cradle and was told they would come Friday for pickup between 9am-12pm , never got a call Friday and so I reached out to ask when they would pick up and the old lady who picked up was just wow, told me you must had talked to an volunteer and I was like okay and? And was told we don’t take cradles or do pick up on Friday and that volunteers don’t know that. I told the old lady so you telling me that an volunteer doesn’t not know y’all don’t take cradles or don’t have pick up on Fridays and she said no , then why are they answering the phone ? Why are they saying yes and schedule it? This is a huge problem and I will definitely not use yall again and will let anyone know how...

I’m very shocked that I’m wrighting this review but I felt very disappointed on the last couple visits I am a long time customer and travel from southern Florida to visit this beautiful area I have came to this store for 15 years I realize things changes but this is all really uncalled for there is a lady that looks of Spanish decent I can’t believe the way she treats costumers but I did notice that she lights up and treats other Spanish customer ESPECIALLY men very nice and respectful greets them laughs and so on that would be awesome however there’s other people that come to shop and support Barnabus New to You, and there great works I suggest they get her training on how to be a positive asset to not only the community but to this shop or maybe replace...

I do love this thrift store & and I do truly appreciate that they are for a good cause. But I used to go in be able to find a good item and would be stoked . Now I go in and know that they research like every brand and price items that aren’t even name brand up so high. Almost for like the sake of someone not getting a good deal? it is a thrift store and yes it goes to a charitable cause but also these items are donated and would be nice for the community who shops there to still be able to find good items for the normal price. Not to mention, things don’t rotate as fast now either. Just something to think about new to you. I like being able to get a used item for 4-6 dollars and not have EVERYTHING other...
