I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the lack of accessibility at Dunkin' Donuts. As a customer who values inclusivity and equal access for all, I found my recent visit to be incredibly challenging and disheartening.
The first issue I encountered was the absence of ADA push button doors on both entry points of the establishment. This oversight creates a significant barrier for individuals with disabilities who require assistance or have mobility challenges. It is unacceptable that Dunkin' Donuts has not taken the necessary steps to ensure that their doors are accessible, making it difficult for everyone to enjoy their delicious donuts and coffee on an equal basis.
Moreover, I noticed that the handicap parking spots in the vicinity of the establishment were not clearly identified with proper signage or paint. This lack of clear markings further exacerbates the difficulties faced by individuals with disabilities, as they are unable to easily identify and utilize these parking spots. It is essential for Dunkin' Donuts to rectify this issue promptly and provide clear and visible markings for the handicap parking spots to ensure equal access for all customers.
I urge the manager of Dunkin' Donuts to take immediate action and update their establishment to comply with ADA protocol. Installing ADA push button doors on both entry points is a crucial step towards creating an inclusive environment that accommodates customers with disabilities. Additionally, ensuring that the handicap parking spots are properly marked will demonstrate a commitment to accessibility and equal access for all patrons.
By failing to address these accessibility issues, Dunkin' Donuts is disregarding the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities. It is not only a legal obligation to comply with ADA policies but also a moral responsibility to create an inclusive space that welcomes and accommodates everyone.
In conclusion, my recent experience at Dunkin' Donuts was frustrating and disheartening due to the lack of accessibility. The absence of ADA push button doors and unclear markings for handicap parking spots create unnecessary barriers for individuals with disabilities. I strongly urge the manager to update the establishment to meet ADA protocol, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their donuts and coffee in an accessible and inclusive environment.
It is my hope that Dunkin' Donuts takes this review seriously and takes immediate steps to address these accessibility concerns. Every individual deserves the opportunity to enjoy their products and services without facing...
Read moreConsistently one of the experiences with any Dunkin' Robin's I've ever been to, which is unfortunate because I'm frequently in the area. Admittedly my drink is a special order, but I have had no problem ordering it at other locations. Asking for a mixture of ice creams in a Blast shouldn't be that complicated a request. I'm even fine with paying for a larger size, and just asking for less filler, so it's less ice and more ice cream, and even that has been consistently difficult, resulting in a large watered down drink instead of a smaller thicker one, as requested.
Finally, today, after having stayed for a while waiting for a friend to get back to the area, I was told that I'd been there too long, despite being a paid customer, and there being no shortage of seating. I don't know what kind of problem they're having with vagrants loitering there for me to be approached that way, but I certainly didn't appreciate it. They REALLY need to get their customer service together. I get that they're barely north of 8 mile, but it's Ferndale. I expect better of the area. Highly...
Read moreThis is by far the WORSE Dunkin Donuts in Michigan!!! After stopping in there today, I have made the decision to NEVER go in that location again!!! When you ask for ice, you get no ice. When you ask for hot, you get cold. When you ask for decaf, you get the opposite. They never pay attention to you because they are too busy gossiping about their evening or weekend or some other idiot conversation. And rap music is always playing too loud! This location could be a little gold mine but it will never happen with the workers that they have there. And a drive thru would be nice but you would be getting out of your car all the time because the drinks would be wrong on the outside just like they are on the inside! I bought a Ninja Coffee Bar, Dunkin coffee, sugar, cream and a coffee bean grinder! I will make my own at home so that I know that it is right! WORSE DUNKIN EVER!!!! WORSE...
