Consistently one of the experiences with any Dunkin' Robin's I've ever been to, which is unfortunate because I'm frequently in the area. Admittedly my drink is a special order, but I have had no problem ordering it at other locations. Asking for a mixture of ice creams in a Blast shouldn't be that complicated a request. I'm even fine with paying for a larger size, and just asking for less filler, so it's less ice and more ice cream, and even that has been consistently difficult, resulting in a large watered down drink instead of a smaller thicker one, as requested.

Finally, today, after having stayed for a while waiting for a friend to get back to the area, I was told that I'd been there too long, despite being a paid customer, and there being no shortage of seating. I don't know what kind of problem they're having with vagrants loitering there for me to be approached that way, but I certainly didn't appreciate it. This is by far the WORSE Dunkin Donuts in Michigan!!! After stopping in there today, I have made the decision to NEVER go in that location again!!! When you ask for ice, you get no ice. When you ask for hot, you get cold. When you ask for decaf, you get the opposite. They never pay attention to you because they are too busy gossiping about their evening or weekend or some other idiot conversation. And rap music is always playing too loud! This location could be a little gold mine but it will never happen with the workers that they have there. And a drive thru would be nice but you would be getting out of your car all the time because the drinks would be wrong on the outside just like they are on the inside!
