This was the worst Chinese food I've ever experienced and really not sure what the hype is about the food therefore my partner and I will not be going back. The owner was very rude when I didn't even eat all of my meal I ordered and furthermore continued to argue with me about it. I asked for my meal to be taken off and she implied I can give you 20% the waitress told me. I was like this isn't acceptable and asked for the manager, which came out and said the best I can do is take 50% off, which I still didn't consider to be acceptable. Then she was like just leave and assumed we were allowed to leave then came out and said where are you going and I told her I was willing to pay for my partners meal but not mine and she threw attitude towards me in front of their customers, which is totally unprofessional on her part. The moral of the story us don't bother going here for Chinese as you may experience a similar incident not too mention she cut me short $3.00 which is theft...
Read moreI have to say it was a horrible experience and how I was treatrd and furthermore my partner and I have no interest going back to this establishment. I have had way better Chinese food and this was a place where I will say is the worst Chinese food I've ever had or experienced not too mention this was the first time my partner and I have tried this place for the first time and not impressed. I told the manager how I felt only eating half of the food on the plate and manager disagreed with me and told her I was not paying full price for my meal and she said I can take 20% off, because she literally accused me of eating over half of my plate. Resolution after she made a scene in front of other customers was giving my meal free but kept $3.00 from us which she owes me. Moral of the story is we won't be going back and would hope others see this as a bad experience and I will just say this....I warned everyone who reads this review...
Read moreKowloon Inn is truly a gem. What I value most in a restaurant is simple: great food, fast service, and fair prices—and they deliver on all three.
The server was friendly and genuine, which made the whole experience even better. The food was excellent—easily one of the best spots for this style of Chinese food. To put it in perspective, I’d say it outshines China Palace in Bellingham, and Panda Express would be a distant third.
The staff is quick and responsive, even when it gets busy (which is understandable given they’re short-staffed at times). But with 30 years in business, they clearly know how to make a mean chow mein.
If you go, I highly recommend their number combinations—they’re filling, tasty, and come out fast. Quick, yummy, and consistently satisfying—Kowloon Inn is...
