Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ferndale

In store I ordered 2 pizzas, Meat Feast and Deep Dish Pepperoni, for a birthday party. I left the party to get the pizzas for the guests. It was a busy Saturday so I anticipated waiting longer.

From the lobby waiting area you could hear the staff shouting inappropriately with one another. Us customers just looked around at each other.

At 30 minutes I checked the status. I was told "They said 15 minutes or something" by the cashier. That didn't seem definitive but I was patient. At 60 minutes of waiting I checked the status again. They hadn't started to bake them. I asked to speak with a manager.

The manager was apologetic, explained she was still new and offered either an additional free pizza OR a refund, but was also told my pizzas were almost done. I explained that I would have to take the free pizza then because they were for a birthday party I was hosting and hadn't been at for the last hour. She then offered me the free pizza and a full refund.

Now, I would have been happy to give a higher review, however when I got home I discovered they decided to give me the deep dish and 2 other pizzas of their choosing, one of them being a pizza I absolutely find repulsive. In addition, the bread sticks were over soaked in a buttery oil. Gross. They may have been free pizzas but they just weren't that good. I'm disappointed I waited for that.

I learned it was the cashier's first night on the job. I think she handled herself well being so young and starting on such a busy night. I also found the manager to be kind hearted. When she spoke with me it sounded like she knew some things were broken in their processes. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for such new staff, but it was a pretty...

Ordered pizza on-line and said it would be ready within 15-20 mins ok so I was there 20 mins later just got a text saying it was ready. I waited in line because portal wasn't working and there was only 1 person in front of me and couple mins later I was next. I gave the worker my order # added a crazy bread paid n left. I live a block away so when I got home opened pizza and it was cold. Toppings weren't even melting warm look. It looks like they grabbed one from a hot n ready but it wasn't hot just ready. Crazy bread came from same place where worker got the pizza from. Never had this issue before but last few times of orders we have noticed other small issues. Not happy, waited over 30 minutes for 1 3 meat pizza. Even had people that ordered 10 minutes after i did get their orders before me, i had to go up and complain to them that i didnt get my order in the past 30 minutes even though i did not leave the store, standing in plain view waiting on my order, clearly someone wasnt doing their job as they clearly werent in a rush.(Nobody even called out my name for my order at all.) Will not be returning, the pizza was doughy as was the breadsticks (breadsticks at ferndale are never good) and to top it off they didnt give me my sauce that was supposed to come with the order.
