Subway — Restaurant in Ferndale

I want to give 1 star but it isnt the sandwich makers fault that she is by herself with a new employee of only 2 days and no one to help her. I was in line for 25 minutes while she made a large phone in order. I came in for my favorite teriyaki chicken sandwich and the chicken did not have hardly any teriyaki in the in it. I know there is a specific amount/ratio of sauce as I use to work for Subway. But this batch did not have enough at all. When I said that to her she said I know and did not offer to fix it. I understand that she had a line of but that to me just was not acceptable so I left....

So what makes one subway experience different from another? In my opinion thr following - This particular one was excellent as i) ingredients were very fresh and ii) most important, the girl behind the counter assembled the sandwiches with care. She toasted the bread and cheese to the perfect temperature, added the meats and veggies liberally, sliced the footlong cleanly and packed it where it didn't...

Ordered a footlong meatball and the meat looked and tasted old. The honey mustard sauce i ordered tasted like regular yellow mustard. The peperoni dipper i ordered was half burnt and i had to strip away many layers to make it edible. My drink also tastes very watered down. It hasn't always been like this i don't know what changed but it feels "cheap". I hope they can improve...
