Sahara Pizza - Birch Bay — Restaurant in Washington

We finally tried Sahara and to be fair, I ordered a medium half & half Ultimate Sahara and Chicken Bacon Ranch. We are about 20 minutes away and when we got there, it was ready to be picked up. Easy Peasy order and pay online! Well, we got home and it was the perfect temperature to just dig in to. The best half was the Chicken Bacon Ranch side. It was flavorful, the chicken tender, oodles of crispy bacon and the perfect amount of cheese. The Ultimate Sahara side was lacking in flavor. The red sauce wasn't bold and the Italian sausage kind of boring. The veggies were crispy tho and the cheese was nice and melty. For years, I didn't think chicken belonged on a pizza but this--OH YEAH is now one of my favorites. I gave three stars for atmosphere because one four seat table surrounded by empty boxes isn't inviting to me and the seating outdoor is one table on the sidewalk. The pizza is fantastic, unfortunately every time I order they get my order wrong. I love the firebird pizza, however, when I order it we get half of it without the green peppers. And they put green peppers on the whole thing and had to send out a new pizza that was correct. The next time we ordered the same Firebird pizza again but this time my husband wanted half green peppers and also the sweet chili sauce on the side with green peppers. They put the sauce on the whole thing. We called them and they gladly sent out a new pizza - We asked them to not put any of the chili sauce on it and only do half green peppers. Well, they just sent out the same wrong pizza again. I don't understand why it is so hard to get a firebird pizza made correctly with customizations.

From the time this place opened me and most of family have been regulars and to start here in Blaine we have many pizza options but I would have to say Sahara by far is the best all around and I could go on and on about just how good the food is there from the ranch and pizza all the way down to the salads but honestly and most importantly these ppl treat everyone with a ton of respect and they treat my dad like family and the owner is hands down one of the most respectable and kind ppl as well as the staff this is something I could also ramble on about but I’m sure you guys get the point lol to sum it up if you guys want a quality experience and great service and decent prices and most of all amazing food plz do not hesitate...
