My husband and I wanted to try this place out so we went Saturday evening for dinner. When we walked in no one greeted us, the workers seemed to be all over the place. We sat down and shortly after a gentlemen brought us some water. Looked over the menu and were ready to order. We didn’t have a waitress come to our table until 30/40 minutes of us being sat. Now, when trying to order the waitress was very hesitant on what my husband and I should get. When trying to ask her questions she would say no to everything or say we couldn’t get this or that. I ordered Sesame chicken and my husband ordered Walnut shrimp. Keep in mind that this waitress took our order at the same time. Once we finished ordering someone else brought us our drinks and our soups. About 20 minutes later, only my plate was brought out. So I waited for my husband’s plate so we could eat together. 5 minutes went by, then another 10, then 20, and still NO sign of his food. A table next to us got their food before his. At this point we’re getting frustrated and pretty angry. We tried to look for our waitress and she was no where to be found. It’s been about 40 minutes and we finally found her and my husband looks at her and she right away says “Walnut Shrimp” and told us it’d be own shortly knowing she either forgot about his food or never put his order in. At this point I was already finished with my plate and he still hadn’t got his. After an HOUR of waiting for his food, we asked for it to go and wanted to leave. A DIFFERENT server came to our table apologized and said she had given us 15% off our ticket (she did not) . Once we left and got home we opened up my husband’s plate of food and it was TERRIBLE. The chow mein was BURNT and they had only given him TWO pieces of shrimp. We waited an HOUR for two pieces of shrimp and burnt chow mein. Definitely not ever going there again. Worst...

We've ate here before multiple times, always excellent food and service. But this time, the food was amazing, but the service was bad, the waiter we got is a young lady, I don't know her name but she's a young lady, has black hair but the the front is white and she wears some black glasses and seems to be maybe American. First, we had asked her for some lemons and she brought them on their little plate but she just threw it on the table and kept walking as if nothing had happened. Then later on, you know how usually the waiter comes by and says like oh how was your food,do you need anything? Well she just came and was like what do you need but with such an attitude, like she wasn't even trying to be nice. And then when we were going to pay, we saw that she had overcharged for one of meals cause one of the things we ordered was Mongolian shrimp, but she charged it as Mongolian beef with additional charging for shrimp, so at the cashier there was a chisnese lady who was really nice and we told her about the overcharge, so she asked the young lady and young lady was trying to like say that that's how it is because they use expensive shrimp and whatever, so the Chinese lady was like whatever and fixed it to the correct price. And so the young lady just left and was talking with some other guy and then she came to serve some ice but I was looking at her and she just kept rolling her eyes at us and kept talking under her breath. And I was going to say something but I don't like to put up a scene so that's the reason for this review and hope you do something about it because her attitude is...

This place went downhill fast. The customer service is non existent anymore or they make excuses for anything that comes up. My last online order was extremely late and after calling and getting a promise that it was on the way, never even arrived, and they acted like this was fine and refused to give any information for the store owner or manager. I took my son in for a couple Teas one day, and the two girls behind the counter didn't even smile or say hello, just took our orders, put the drinks on the counter and walked away. We have so few locally owned businesses here, I try to give every place every possible chance so I tried online one more time. The order arrived on time, but all I received was the entree itself with no rice, noodles, nothing. I called and they said that it was normal, I was paying the alacarte price and that's all I get. $16.95 apiece before tax. $9 tip and $5 delivery fee for a kid that handed me my order with a have a nice day that was barely polite. $63 total for meat and tea. If you want good food and a reasonable price and wonderful service, go to China King, they got a whole lot better since my last review. I can get more food than this for almost $30 less. All this place wants...

My wife and I just tried them for the first time today, absolutely a great choice! We got takeout meals and some tea to go. While the pot stickers were okay, the crab rangoon really amazed me. They amount of crab in it blows away the last 3 places I got takeout from! The orange chicken was super flavorful and the pieces were HUGE compared to other takeout we've gotten in the past. Same for our beef and broccoli. The meat and veggies were perfectly cooked and the flavor was soaked all the way through! Another awesome detail was the fact that the beef strips in the B&B meal were crazy tender while also being fairly sizeable! The lunch meals also came with a side of rice and veggies chow mein making for a fairly large portion! My wife got a Taro and I got a Peach smoothie (mine with Lychee Boba). They were both really good! The boba pearls in mine added the exact right amount of extra tart to make it super refreshing and the Taro was so rich it was like a dessert in a drink.

If you’re in Fernley and craving some solid Chinese food, Dragon City is the spot. I had the lunch special with orange chicken and egg flour soup, and it was incredible. The egg flour soup was smooth, comforting, and just the right amount of savory, exactly what you want to start a meal. But the real star was the orange chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a perfectly balanced sauce, not too sweet, not too sticky, just straight up delicious. Every bite hit the spot. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and overall, it was a meal worth coming back for. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

This is the best Chinese food we’ve had in a long time. We had some family come see us from out of town and we went here for dinner yesterday and it was so good we came back for lunch today. The fried rice and chow mein were delicious. We ordered the Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, and orange chicken. We got the first two again today. Both orders came with a crab Rangoon and spring roll. We would definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.
