The food can be really good here but they mess up the orders too much, and there is always a different cook and order taker, and even when its the same person taking your order, you always have to over explain how you want your food made. Today, I paid for extra sour cream on the side, didn't get it in the burrito or on the side. The lady who took the order has taken my order 12 times before, for some reason I have to explain the same order to her every time I come in. Last time they remembered the extra sour cream this time they couldn't bothered to remember. Really its about consistency. I try to tip these people whenever I feel they deserve it, and I'm glad I didn't tip the last couple of times. If you can't familiarize yourself with extras and repeat customers, customer service is not your fancy. Customer service is a tough gig, its why I stopped working in retail and fast food a long time ago.

Will screw up your order to the max and the owner will then cop an attitude with you about it if you bring it back for them to fix it. Don’t know how to treat their customers let alone their loyal regular customers. Will never give these people any more of our money. I was a regular local customer. Money is these people’s pastor, not God which really makes their name extremely laughable. Highly disrespectful. She literally told us that we’re making her lose money for bringing back our food that they screwed up in the 1st place! They don’t care about you or your food. Horrible customer service and due to the fact that nearly every time we went our order was incorrect in some way, shape or form, so the food isn’t very good either. I used to like this place until recently. The lady who takes the orders and makes the food is really rude when you bring something back. She makes the food wrong, when you ask for extra and pay for extra, you should get it. Today, the lady was extra rude, I brought back a steak burrito because my wife asked for no lettuce but extra sour cream, there was lettuce but no extra sour cream. The lady had an attitude as soon as I brought it back. We go through the same deal every time, she never puts enough sour cream in the burrito, and every time I bring it back. If she doesn't want me to bring it back, she should put more in there, I pay for the extra sour cream. She refused to believe there wasn't enough sour cream in there, she didn't remake the burrito until I told her that I did not want lettuce on the burrito, and yet it was there on...
