Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Fernley

I had mistakenly gone to the store to pick up my pizza that my wife ordered, and didn’t know she had for delivery thru door dash. While me and my friend waited I got a beer and him a soda, and then some female employee told me I couldn’t leave with the pizza cause I had ordered a beer, and said since “we were both drinking” when again, he got a fountain drink. After I told her several times I just realized my wife got delivery and I was just going to let the dasher deliver, and I was just gonna finish my 1 beer I ordered, she said I didn’t understand and needed to cancel the DoorDash and pay again for my pizza in order to leave since I was drinking a beer. AGAIN, I said I’ll just let the dasher take it since he had been paid already, and she had the audacity to tell me again I didn’t understand after SHE didn’t understand what I was trying to say, just for her fail at proving a point. Super uncalled for and I will never return. Didn’t get her name but I would say she was a smaller lady in her early 30s with light eyes. I must say I was very disappointed with my experience today. I've eaten at quite a few pizza factories quite often and even at this one a ton when I lived out in fernley but something has happened to this one. We went in for the lunch buffet and while they only had pepperoni pizza out initially I figured that it would just be a matter of minutes before they brought out another flavor. Needless to say we sat in there and ate for over 30 mins and they didn't even bring out a fresh pepperoni let alone a different kind of pizza and there was only one slice of the old pepperoni left. None of the workers were even doing anything, after they took our money they disappeared. This was a huge waste of money considering we got old pepperoni pizza. Thanks to employee Darlene, I can now rest easy that my pizza will be made correctly! The three star rating stems from the lack of cheese on my cheese only pizza. If I were to order a pepperoni pizza, it would be made with dough, sauce, cheese and then my one topping of pepperoni, correct? Why then, when I order a cheese pizza, is it made with dough, sauce and cheese only? Shouldn't it be made with dough, sauce, cheese and then another layer of cheese as that is the one topping I have chosen and paid for? I'm not asking for extra cheese. I'm just saying if cheese is my one topping, then put that one topping on the pizza as you would pepperoni. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.
