Mary & Moe's WigWam — Restaurant in Fernley

If I could give a ZERO star review i would. Please let me explain.

Two of us walked in to a fairly empty room(2:30pm). 3 tables of 2-3 people each. We were quickly seated and our drink orders taken. So far so good.

We order a med-rare burger and a cold sandwich.(2:45-2:50pm)

2 more tables were sat.(3pm)

Our drinks came out and were in empty and in need of refills (3pm) The two tables that were sat and ordered after us were served and they finished eating before our food was even brought out(3:30pm)

Still no sign of our waitress...no refills in sight.

We decide to cancel our order at 3:30 and leave. 30+ minutes for a med-rare burger and sandwich is ridiculous, especially since our server still has not said a single word to us. As we get up to leave, here comes our food. Good, lets eat. Still no refills. The burger was not med-rare, but rather well done, and all our 'hot' sides were ice cold. We waited a couple minutes waiting on our server to come back and ask us if our food was ok... to no avail. Rather than wait for another 30 minutes for her to come back around we decided to deal with the incorrect and cold food and just eat and leave.

We note a 'manager' figure walking through a couple times with a clip board. He notices our empty glasses, but does nothing. Does not even 'touch' our table to see how we are doing.

(4pm) We are clearly finished eating and have been waiting for our server who seems to purposely be ignoring us, since she goes and talks to all the other tables. We stand up and walk up front, where we wait another couple minutes before being noticed.

As we pay for our incorrect and cold food, (Still NO refilled drinks) we were again NOT asked how anything was.

BAD SERVICE, SUB-PAR food. Will not be going back again.

Absolute worst service ive...

Food was flavorless. There were four of us eating, 2 of which were seniors who eat blander food even said it was bad. It was the worst eggs Benedict I've ever had, the muffins had a weird after taste, and the hollandaise sauce was off. My wife got a basic egg and cheese omelette, that she had to cover in salt and pepper just to taste. We tried to take leftovers home, and after she got yelled at by a server for asking for a box a second time we finally got one and my dog won't even touch it. Let's talk about the servers, if the food was so awful you would think they'd at least be nice right? Well, every one of them was a miserable and terrible person. While there we witnessed one server even tell a senior couple sitting next to us, " then go somewhere else if you don't like it", she's the one that yelled at my wife. Ours kept conveniently forgetting things we ordered, and tried his best to stay away from tables he was working so he wouldn't have to do anything, my wife and dad finally got their coffee they ordered when we were seated after they finished their plates. Not one person in there working was at least cordiale, and this includes to each other as we heard and saw them yelling at each other not just the customers. I would say out of all the places I've been in Fernley to Reno, to the California border, this is the worst restaurant you can find. Stay away or enter...

I would give this place less stars if it were an option.... I found out immediately why there is a now hiring sign out front. Hopefully it is to replace the RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL waitresses that are currently working there. We stopped to enjoy a breakfast and chose the Wig Wam because of its 4 star rating and good reviews. We didn't even get seated before deciding on another place to spend our money... We parked on the west side and when we entered we were acknowledged by both waitresses. One proceeded to walk past us several times while the other said, "If you're here to be seated then you need to stand over here at the entrance." That being the East entrance. They then ignored us for almost 5 minutes when there was NOBODY else (approx. 4 other seated tables, maybe 6 people ) in the entire restaurant. Once we were brought to a table, I kindly requested a different booth just 3 tables down because I had valuables in the back of my truck which I wanted to keep an eye on. She got angry, made a snide comment, threw down the rag she had in her hand and walked away. At this point I had had enough!!! I told her thank you but I will be spending my money somewhere else...... My opinion, AVOID THIS...
