Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fernley

I've been going to this Taco Bell for years, and they went down hill. The 3 tacos we ordered had barely any meat, cheese and lettuce, 1 of them had a broken shell so all the contents fell out. My burrito supreme was so small and had 1/2 the contents that a normal size burrito supreme that I've bought at any other Taco Bell, not to mention it was Luke warm by the time I got it. The soda machine had no syrup in the Starry soda( which tasted like alkaseltzer, and even the mango tea had no flavor or sweetness to it, again no syrup in the machine). I brought this to the attention of a worker, he was nice enough to get us our drinks from behind the counter which was good, but they didn't use the original cups, they gave us new ones, but that's a waste and eventually the loss and waste gets passed on to customers. The manager said he would look into the soda fountain machine and when I also told him about our meal, he said HE had no control over portion size, yet he was eating a cantina bowl that he made with almost double the portion size...WOW, talk about a slap in the face, We paid over $21.00 fir 3 tacos, a burrito supreme, a small nacho fries, 2 drinks and cinnamon twists and it was the worst meal I've ever had. I'll take Suoer Burrito any day over Taco Bell cause Taco Bell went way down hill and their attitude is "oh well, too bad" and this is why Super Burrito restaurants are gonna blow your guys doors off. Maybe manager of Fernley Taco Bell should take lessons from Super Burrito on "portion sizes" either way, Taco Bell has, regretably, lost our business. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but, Taco Bell should listen to customers, They are your feedback, and your critics. They are the people who are keeping you in business. You should listen to them. Take care of your customers, they just want to be treated...

I keep coming back here lately in hopes that I’ll have a better experience but no luck. Last time I came here, I arrived at the drive thru at 10:20p.m. They close at 11:00. There was only one car in front of me but she put in a big order. I could tell because at about 10:55, they handed her multiple large bags. When I arrived at the window, I got nothing but terrible attitude from the skinny teenage girl at the window. It’s not my fault the girl in front of me put in a huge order! I knew it would affect my order because I got my order a few minutes before closing time. Which always seems to be when they just throw it together with no care. When I got my order, I sat in my car at the window and checked real quick, like i should. The teenage girl sat there staring at me with a nasty look on her face waiting for me to leave. Worst service I’ve ever gotten. I pulled around and parked up front to finish checking my order. My food looked fine on the outside until I looked at my beefy frito burrito. There was ONE frito in it. Smack dab in the middle. JUST ONE! I was borderline ready to wait for her out front so I can smack her in the face with it. But Came to conclusion I’d rather not catch an assault charge over a sassy little fast food worker. All in all, I’m never coming here again. Worst service and worst food in town. Last few months, every experience at our Fernley Taco Bell has been worse than our McDonald’s. Which is known for being our worst restaurant in town. Congrats guys....

I work overnights and the Taco Bell in Fernley, is normally closed by the time I come through. But last night, they let us go home early, and I was so excited when i seen cars in the drive-thru and the open sign was lit. I know you're probably expecting me to either complain or brag about the quality of the food(and it was just the ooey-gooey, cheesy-crunchines. that I was looking forward to)needless to say, it hit the spot. What I was not expecting to receive, that I so desperately needed, was the super friendly, absolutely hilarious interaction with the people taking my order! I was in a very dark place and they made me laugh til my side's hurt and i had tears in my eyes, when I pulled away! Thank you, Christian, Matt, Jasmin and to the Mgr. Kimberly, a special thank you for allowing them to have fun on the job. You may well have saved a life last...
