EL TACO LLAMA — Restaurant in Fillmore

Girl working the register tried to charge me $39 for TWO burritos. Granted I asked for them with avocado ($1.50 each), sour cream ($1.00 each) and cheese ($1.00 each).

Burritos are about $10 (x2 is $20). Plus $3 for avocado ($23), $2 for sour cream ($25) and $2 for cheese ($27). Plus 7.25% for tax ($29). So how do we go from $29 to ~$39?

I asked the girl taking my order for an itemized receipt. She took a photo of the screen with her phone, showed me the screen for all of four or five seconds while explaining nothing and put it away before suggesting that I hurry up as there were two other customers in line behind me.

Unacceptable and I won’t be going back if this is the type of service their employees deem appropriate.

This girl clearly made a mistake putting in my order and wouldn’t take the time to find and correct her error OR give me the opportunity to do it for her. She asked me if I wanted my order that clearly wasn’t entered in correctly or not. Said no and I left.

Won’t be returning unless I receive some form of apology. Unprofessional and unaccommodating. I’d give zero...

The food is okay but the HIGINE IS UNACCEPTABLE a guy cleaning the shelf above the food as everything is falling out into the open food containers where they are preparing the food DISGUSTING 🤮 I mentioned it to the cashier the girl with the glasses and she looked back to see what I was referring to and did not say a word. We also got over charge by 13 dollars that she needed. Refunding back but I did not enjoy my food anymore to see how it was prepared the guy cleaning was grabbing dirty dishes going back and forward touching the food with the same dirty gloves all this cross contamination is what get people sick. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT. If this is what we see I can only imagine how dirty is back there in the kitchen where we can’t see. I won’t be going to this...
