IHOP — Restaurant in Fillmore

I was VERY disappointed in this establishment because we were seated and guest who came in after us received there drinks and after 10 min we hadn't even got our drink orders taken. We asked the waiter who was handing out silverware to get our server that we hadn't even had our drink orders taken yet. He said ok and proceeded to go over and clean the entire counter and didnt tell anyone what we asked of him. We got up to leave and asked for a manager there was no manager onsite. 9-1-19 at 11am is the date and time. The ONLY reason we stayed and didnt give it 1 star is because of Rosalba. She stopped us from walking and and served us. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in this establishment. Thank you Rosalba for your service. Something NEEDS to be done about the rest of the servers as far as sensitivity training on how they put other people...

There was only three parties at this location, we are one of the three. The other party only had one, and the other party had two. NOT BUSY at all.

Our server completely ignored my daughter while we were ordering food. Not ONCE did he check on us while we are eating- I really needed a drink refill. My SO also needed a drink refill in the middle of our meals.

The lack of effort in making the food look presentable was obviously ridiculous. Yes, she is going to cut up the pancake, but they could have at least tried to make it look nice instead of quickly putting the pancake together.

They are not busy. We have been waiting for refills since I started writing this review.

Avoid eating at this location if possible, find another IHOP to...

Mid afternoon visit. There was only one server (Francisco), one busboy, and one cook visible. 7 tables with customers, most of whom had gotten their plates. Still, we were greeted within a couple of minutes, seated, and polled for the drink order, which delivered in less than five minutes. After ordering, our meals were on the table in around 10 minutes. I had the roast turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, which tasted fine... I mean, it's not Thanksgiving!

The other tables were getting occasional visits by the server. The party nearest to us seemed to be anxious about having waited longer than normal for their check.
