Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fillmore

I usually go to get bread Sticks with extra butter and cheese And it's usually pretty good, but today I went and the man. Taking my order told me. I would need to be charged an extra dollar for the extra butter and cheese when they have never charged me that before. So I told him. Forget it, it's okay, I'll just take it the way It is and I told him how expensive it was to have gotten extra butter and cheese. It would have been $6. And I can tell he was so irritated with me and he turns around and tells me to remember. Everything is expensive which clearly I know they went up in price but $6 for extra butter and cheese is just ridiculous. Just for some bread sticks without the sauce. so I get my bread sticks and when I get home. They are so burnt and hard. I did not enjoy them at all. I had my year and a 1/2-year-old son who was hungry and he couldn't eat didn't eat the damn bread sticks.They were so burnt I didn't even want to go back. At least Not while that man was working. He wasn't mean but the same time...

The place might look small but they get my pizza ready quicker than dominos to be very honest, last time I ordered from there, they told me to wait around 30-40 minutes ( the app ) and in little ceasers they got it quicker than ever, even I was suprised due to the fact that they had other orders to do. I would recommend to come here, also before I finish, I would like to say so proud that the employee's are so nice and helpful, one time I ordered online and went to pick it up but I didn't know what to do, so I asked them what I should do to pick up my pizza and they told me to insert the 3 digits I got and they said it so nicely like if they meant it, either way as I was saying, as I insert the 3 digits I got my pizza. I honestly don't know why people judge this...

Horrible service Went in today on a Friday, knowing it's a Friday they should have pizzas "hot n ready " like advertised. They took 20-30 minutes to make my hot n ready pizza. Waited there for like 15 minutes, still went to Vons down the parking lot, and everyone knows they lines in vons take forever as well. Went back and still weren't ready. When I finally received my pizza it was extremely undercooked!!! Threw one away just because I dont want to go back and make a scene. Bleep this place ! Could've went to Amecis for better quality and same wait...
