Cinnabon — Restaurant in Findlay Township

I am at the Pittsburgh airport and stopped to buy 4 Cinnabons. I politely point to 4 Cinnabons in a pan stating those are the ones I want. The person said no, I couldn’t have the ones in the pan. I had to take ones they had boxed up already. It was 6 AM so why do they have Cinnabons already boxed up? I told her I was not taking old food from yesterday and wanted the fresh ones in the pan. I have never been to a Cinnabon where the cinnamon rolls have been taken out of the pan in advance and boxed. I have always gotten ones straight from the pan. Terrible experience here. They served a nasty dry and stale Cinnabon to me. I returned to exchange for a fresher bun but they only had a smaller one available for which they did an uneven exchange. The second was slightly better but still the worst Cinnabon I have ever had. I reached out via email to let them know about the experience. They couldn’t be bothered responding to me. Guess they don’t care since it was an airport location. They did not make those buns fresh, it was probably so early and these were left from the night before. The absolute worst Cinnabon ever! The “coffee” which I hesitate to call coffee was the most disgusting sludge we’ve ever had. The Cinnabon was dried out and the icing even dry and cracking. Which I believe was reheated from last night based on taste and texture. Although my favorite part was I filled out their survey from receipt to let them know the issues and got a response on “no it wasn’t, stop making things up” talk about awesome...
