Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Findlay

I have always liked the food at Lee's Chicken in Findlay, it is fairly close to my home and convenient to stop and get a decent meal. I usually get Family Meal Deals and they usually do a good job and are friendly. Last Friday, July 12, 2019, around 8:40pm I went through the Drive Thru, I got out of work late so I decided to stop and get a 10 piece Family Meal Deal. The girl taking the order sounded like she was irritated from word one, it was an unpleasant experience. When I got to the window I smiled and said hello hoping to make things better but no smile and unpleasant. I believe the problem was more cars were pulling up at the drive thru, she started yelling "NO, NO, NO" , apparently she doesn't know customers can still hear you with the window closed. I usually have friendly service but totally unimpressed with the experience. I also had to stay over at my job taking care of late customers but I most certainly did not make them feel unwelcome, which is how this service made me feel. My food was good enough but I only had 9 pieces on a 10 piece meal. Just felt like employee was more concerned with clocking out than taking care of the customer. My first time here..we drove from toledo to try this spot out that we were recommended by..and the place is clean and it was a couple ppl in there it was quite...I guess the cashier thought maybe we had been there before so she assumed we knew how the meals went..maybe have staff in front ask "have you been here?" That way way customers aren't looking dumb..lol ok the food...the Mac n cheese was not great. Taste like its been made with powder milk and powder cheese...the greens beans were decent had some flavor not bad the CHICKEN we got was the regular/famous...uhh it was ok it wasn't crispy but almost like it was at one point then you throw in the oven to heat it back up...it was that texture..not sure if its supposed to be like again...1st time here...ok welp thats my review..oh yeah bathroom was clean and I like that fact they have little packets of wet wipes..also we asked fir the food for here and they gave it to go..they did apologize so...

I called in an order after not being able to complete online. I had a $2 off coupon that the site would not recognize. I spoke with an employee who could not help so a manager got on the phone. She was a bit rude and condescending. She did not even say her name or provide any greeting. Proceeded to tell me there was no way to use on site and would not take over the phone. I was ordering food for someone in need so I wanted to pay ahead of time so they could just pick up the order. This all fell on deaf ears.. no concern, no empathy, and definitely no customer service. We are talking about $2-- not a big deal from a cost savings perspective but I did expect to be...
