After explaining my particular situation, Rick knew exactly what product would serve my household the best, and allowed me to take home many samples. Even after a brief hospitalization delayed my return of the samples, there was never any pressure to make a rapid decision. Rick himself came to take measurements, offer solutions, and assurances that our choice would be a good one. Mr. Rick Riggs at Carpets Direct is the epitome of professionalism that most companies lack this day and age. He was direct, to the point and gave us exactly what we were looking for in both materials and craftsmanship. Rick is a big proponent of being on time and having his crew show up on the date and time in which he specified in which they did. I can definitely appreciate that.

Materials – We selected our tile based on Rick’s suggestion and couldn't be happier. We told him our budget, our style and he even let us take samples to our home. The tile is a U.S.A product and looks outstanding.

Labor – Rick’s crew, Rex and Wes, were punctual, professional and experienced. They took their job seriously and the customer definitely comes first to them. We went with an offset pattern and they went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and at the same time gave their professional opinions. They completed a ~220 sq. ft. kitchen in 3.5 days and it looks phenomenal. Proper underlayment was used, nice cuts were made, tiles were evenly spaced, and grout was mixed and applied just right. They cleaned up very well after themselves when they were done, and left recommendations on how to clean the new flooring.
