I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes and I finally hung up. I called back and the kid who answered asked me if he could put me on hold? I told him I had already called once and been on hold for 10 minutes. He said, "Well I am going to have to put you on hold". Finally a kid named Jordan got on the phone and I asked about the specials they had today. He stated that he was a new employee and finally someone gave him the specials to relay to me. We ordered the large specialty pizza for $13.99, 4 garlic butters. a 2-liter bottle of coke. I told him that the specialty pizza we wanted was the supreme with onions, bell peppers, etc. We only wanted mushrooms on half on it. He turned around and asked how that would be put in on the order and someone came and showed him how to do that. He gave me our total of $20.94 and told me how long it would be. I reminded him again about the garlic butters. He said they were on the order. Our pizza did arrive in the time that we had been told, but there was no garlic butter and there were mushrooms all over the pizza. I had ordered a supreme and this pizza had no onions or bell peppers on it. The delivery guy said he would go back and get the garlic butter. We were notified that our order was ready and I headed inside to pick it up. I was greeted by a young female employee and I gave her my name and let her know my online order was ready. My order and name came up on the screen behind her and I let her know. She looked around for literally one minute and then mumbled something and walked away. I thought she was coming back with my order and I continued to wait while I watched customer after customer walk in, receive their orders and leave. I had 3 more employees ask if I'd been helped and when I said yes but the employee never came back, they all walked away and didn't try to figure out what was taking so long. Finally, a fifth emplyee asked if I had been helped and I explained what happened. He looked all over and found my order in the bottom of the warmer right behind the register and had been there the whole time. I have worked here for about 5 months, had broken fingers and a doctors app and they still made me go in. i also had covid and they still tried to make me come in until i had my mom talk to them personally. i stopped getting scheduled and accepted the fact that i might’ve been fired, but at the same time i had no idea because i had not gotten a phone call or have gotten talked to about it at all. when i tried to go in to get my last tips for the 4th time they told me the same thing each time. “i don’t know where they are” i tried contacting them multiple times about why i was not getting scheduled. when i finally texted the group me group chat, they had flat out lied and told me that i tried to quit so i was not entitled my tips anymore. once i told them that i didn’t quit and that they stopped scheduling me, they removed me from the group chat. plz don’t work here. saving your life and time.
