Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

If I could give 0 stars I would! Placed our order online pick up was supposed to be around 7:50pm. Got a call From the manager at 8:04pm that she dropped My pizza and would have to remake it. I told her no problem I understand accidents happen. She told Me it would be only 5 extra minutes for her to remake it. I said no problem. We got there at 8:12pm to pick up our order. It was curbside pick up to get the deal we ordered. I followed the directions and stayed in my car. Waited 22 minutes! Finally saw that the delivery driver was leaving with pizzas but ours were still not given to us. So I finally went in. The manger lady was rude and didn’t even greet me just rudely said NAME? I told her my name and told her I understand you are understaffed but how long have my pizzas been sitting there? She rudely said you want your food or not? I told her yes that’s obviously why I came in, your delivery driver is leaving with pizzas while mine have been sitting there for 20mins. I have NEVER in my Life experienced such rude service especially from a manager. I will NEVER go back to this store. Not only did we get rude service but the XL pizza that was remade was completely wrong, it was supposed to be an all meat pizza with half in banana peppers. We got a freakin Hawaiian pizza with pineapples… which we all hate! So it was a waste of money and time as we tried to pick off the pineapples but it was just gross. Just don't order from this store... Ever. I gave them a second chance hoping something had changed, but clearly not. Ordered online, said it would be 30-40 minutes. 50 minutes passes... No problem, it's a weekend night and the roads aren't great, no big deal.... But the tracker says my order is still being prepared. After 120 minutes their tracker told me my order had been delivered. I tried to call the store but all I got was 15 minutes of hold music. Not long after, driver shows up and when I asked why my order said it had already been delivered, tried to make an excuse about having to head back to the store for a sauce he'd forgotten. Maybe that would be ok if everything else wasn't also a lie. Pizza and bread sticks were stone cold, gross and greasy, with the bread sticks being burnt to boot. I've spent the last hour trying to call the store and have yet to speak to a live human being. Interestingly, I now get a recording that says store hours are until 2am and this store is now closed (this started at 930pm). Which means... They shut the phones off so they don't have to deal with complaints or refunds. This store doesn't care. I'll be speaking to the store manager and corporate next week but given how long this store has had this level of issue, I doubt anything will change. Don't waste your money when there's so many good local pizza...

Ordered 2 online pizzas, one customized, one not for pickup, hit checkout and it asked if I wanted garlic butter, then banana pepper. I said yes. Went in and opened my box and the customized had banana peppers all over it. I stated I didn't order this as a topping to the cashier. The cook walks over to us and says what's the issue? The cashier explains and the cook ask if I ordered online or by phone. I said online (which he already knew) he says, "so because of your inability to correctly do an online order I should make you another pizza, which I can do because of your mistake because I'm not taking the blame.?" I said, " I'm not blaming you, it appears to be misleading on the online side, he interrupts and says, so do you want a new pizza because of your mistake or not? I said no I want my credit card back and I'll leave. He says, don't ever come back here. I said per your attitude I won't. He stated " I got it from you and you can take it back home with you. I asked for his name which he refused to give. He asked for my home address which I reminded him, is in his system. I said I would leave a review and I will be...
