I want to start this off by saying I frequent here once or twice Mon-Fri and never have a problem. The weekend crew however is a hot mess every single time I go there.
Three times now I have not gotten my food. I have put it in on the mobile app at least 15 minutes before I get there. I end up waiting there for at least 30 minutes, with people who ordered after me receiving their drinks and food. The employees are not ever available to flag down or assist because they run away from the counter the second they put something down. All 3 times I have ended up leaving without the food or a refund because I cannot flag anyone down to issue the refund.
To add to all this, I never see a single adult working there on the weekend. I’ve worked in the food and service industry for over 10 years, so I am a very empathetic person when it comes to these kinds of things. However, having a bunch of teenagers run a store on one of the busiest days is unacceptable. They do not have the capacity to run a store efficiently or responsibly. Not only is this negligent business wise, but it has wasted my money and time and I’m sure many others. Something needs to be done to resolve this.

Read moreI am a huge Dunkin’ fan so I hate writing this. I understand that it’s difficult to work in fast food sometimes. I want this location to stay open though and get good business. Sometimes the employees can be lazy and absent-minded. I have come here multiple times where they have messed up my coffee order or given me cold food. There have also been multiple instances where I have paid and gotten half of my order and then wait awhile. The person at the window will come back and ask if I paid or need anything— completely forgetting about the other half of my order. I understand fast food places get busy and how rude customers can be. I really think that the employees can improve on their customer service skills and hospitality a lot here though. Please do better.

Read moreI went to pickup donuts for the kids, and was told by a young girl with a thick accent they didn't have my order. My wife placed a second order which we got double charged for. When I drove back through, they gave me one order, under the exact same name but did not mention the first order.
When I drove back to correct the error, she told me that I was wrong and would not offer to make the situation right. She was perfectly content letting me drive off with a missing order that she claimed never existed under the exact same name as the second order. My bank clearly showed both orders went through. I don't know if she was embarrassed or busted. The whole situation felt like a grift and the look on her face felt like she had been caught.
The whole situation felt so gross and scammy, with zero acknowledgement from them.
