Joe's Grille Fishers — Restaurant in Fishers

We went there to watch the Colts play and Hope the waitress was extremely rude. She came up to my husband on the other side, took his order then walked without asking me. She came back later and he asked her why she didn't ask me and she said "everybody sharing". I proceeded to place my order and she left again. She then came back and apologized then took one step away and said "yeah whatever". She brought her food back and I said thank you then I asked her why she said yeah whatever and she said I've had it with you guys take your food and go and get out of here.We were totally shocked as we just wanted get some lunch and to watched the game.I went up to the bar and asked for the manager and she came storming out and said I'm the manager get out of here now and I'm calling the police.. I go back to the table and she had already taken the food because my husband asked for a lid for the sauce. We left and I was shaking all the way home and what a terrible experience. She then lied to the owner saying that we were rude to her the whole time which we were not. How crazy is that? That was yesterday and I'm still very upset that I would be treated like that. Ryan the owner said if you come back...really Hope told us to never come back which we will not ever ever go back there again. It is now 4 days later and I pulled out Colts shirt out of the dryer and my heart started thumping and my stomach start turning. What a nightmare I...

I actually hate writing this but I have to.

My GF and I visited Monday around 4-4:30 pm. The service was impeccable. The timing was 100%. The bread was delicious. Our appetizer (Spinach artichoke dip) was literally the best I've ever tasted. Our salads (she had Caesar and I had Italian) literally was worth coming by themselves.

However...she ordered the Nawlins pasta and it was delicious. I ordered a large Ribeye MR and a loaded baked potato. The potato was PERFECT. The Ribeye however was so tough I couldn't chew it to even swallow it. I am a Chef as well and I know Ribeye have that flavorful fat in it but this was something else. I even cut around to rid the best part of the steak from fat and their was so much tendon I was unable to even eat the rest when I got home.

It tasted AMAZING. Flavor was PERFECT. But it was inedible for me.

I don't ever complain about food because I know how hard working in the food industry is and I 100% don't want a refund or anything free.

I arrived and went to order a beer and I was accused of going out with a beer on 04/07 ( She told to me: You were here yesterday and leave with a beer. NO, “I wasn’t here yesterday” I told to her. I didn't even go there that day. It would be my second day here. I was on Tuesday night and I left on Wednesday around 1:30AM when I drink only two beers and I'm absolutely sure I didn't do that. I was totally shocked. She told to me “get out of here” She called the security guard and even though I said that she was confused, that it was not me, I was invited to leave with a lot of professionalism and education of the security. On the other hand, the bartender (She) was so rude, did not listen and without patience and with a huge lack of education and lack of professionalism called the security guard to invite me to leave.
