I used to go to this Kolatche location. This location compared to others like in Carmel is awful. I really do love Kolatches, but here are some the issues I have had at this location. I spent quite a bit time over a year of going there multiple times a week. So I have had raw not fully cooked dough before. I have had nasty stale tasting ham tons of times. I tried to call and complain about the raw dough once or twice but the people there barely speak english. I also sure that they must not be making them right since the bread itself taste nothing like the Carmel location which is excellent. This location is always out of the type I want, and nothing is ever taste fresh, and I have been there at all hours. I just think it is sad that the local people have no idea how awful these Kolatches are compared to other locations. If I was in charge of this franchise I would retrain or fix this location asap. I will never go back there. Also the people working there just warm your stuff up randomly so it is either not hot or hot enough you can't eat it. This is what happens at a location where the people working there...
Read moreWe have been coming here for quite some time, and we actually enjoy the food here, but on Friday we bought half a dozen Kolaches, and we’ve been stomach sick ever since that morning. Moving forward, make sure to follow proper guidelines to prevent contamination. I’m not sure if anyone has had experienced a stomach bug ever since buying Kolaches this past weekend… again, never had an issues before until this past Friday. I hope whoever is in charge of reheating or making them follows proper...

For those people that don't like it, well, nothing can please everyone. If they don't feel like it is done enough for them, put in in the microwave (or if you eat at the store, have them heat it up for you in the microwave). I know they asked me, even though it was carry-out, if I wanted it heated up.
I think...
