Five Guys — Restaurant in Fitchburg

My fiance had ordered a triple burger and a large fry off door dash and received his order with mayo the reciept doesnt say mayo it says ketchup extra mustard. We paid extra for receiving it from door dash. So i drove down and spoke to a manager she told me to throw the whole meal away if i didnt want it. My fiance is allergic to mayo so i threw the whole thing away because the burger touched the fries in the bag.. Ive worked in the food industry as a kitchen manager for 8+ years so i know you should throw out the whole thing if its an allergy issue. Well the manager compensated me for coming down and paying more for door dash with a small shake and a soft drink. Well after the worker finished making me the burger.. I stood there and asked the manager for my fries she said the burger only had mayo. I replied with he has an allergy so i dont want to risk it.. She sighed and said okay well ill compensate you a regular fry.. But i paid for a large fry.. Very disappointed with the result of this considering I never bring food back cause i know how much it sucks. But this is a little frustrating when you pay for something and you dont receive it i would have rather just recieve the fries i paid for over...

I've been here a handful of times and it's always been a pleasant experience, until today 12/4/23. Upon entering in the early afternoon we walked right up to the young cashier with blond hair. I immediately told her I had a menu question. She cut me off immediately with the answer. Ok, I guess a lot of people ask that question. The next question or two I had she proceeded to speak so loudly over me I wasn't able to even get my question out. Finally, I asked again and when she continued to speak over me I just kept speaking, to which she immediately reprimanded me for speaking while she was speaking like I was a child and basically told me to shut up. After that she continued to be snarky and rude the whole time as we finished ordering. I don't go to a restaurant to be talked down to, especially when I was just trying to ask a basic question or two about what I was ordering. The whole experience was very upsetting to...

Leominster location - It's always a hit or miss at any restaurant. The milkshakes are always great! I love the banana flavor. Unfortunately, today they seemed as they were training new hires but neglecting to manage them. My burger was ok. My fries were not edible because they were barely cooked and swimming in grease. I'll probably never get a side of fries again. The kid before me ordered a burger but they forgot to put the burger inside his bun. LOL Also, how do you completely burn bacon but still have half of it raw? Again, always a hit or miss. Today was a miss. I blame management for not quality checking the food before going out, especially with newbees. Disappointing. Won't be back for...
