Hate to do it. But I’m gonna leave a 1 star. I was picking up an order for DoorDash. It was ordered at 4:22 I came through to pick up at 5am. He told me that it was already picked an hour and a half ago. Which is impossible. How can an order be picked up and delivered before it was even ordered? And then he refused to make it again. I called the support line and they said that he should make it again. I was instructed to show him the ticket and have him remake it. He said no because he needs to get paid. That the support person is supposed to call the store. I’ve worked in stores that partner with DoorDash and they don’t need to call the store in circumstances like this. Its strictly a mobile only order. Fine, I have no problem ordering it on the app. However its 9:30am and the app is assuming they are only serving breakfast. Cashier said they are serving burgers now. I explained the issue to who I thought was the manager and asked if they could honor it. My thinking either she wasnt a manager, doesn't understand the concept of quality customer service, or just couldn't be bothered to make an adjust to correct the situation for me. The dinning room had a very bad oder. The cashier attending to customers continued to take orders instead of stopping every 3 customer's and expedite the orders so the one's who are waiting wouldn't have to wait long.
The staff seemed a bit unorganized, maybe they should hire better people and have 2 people expecting the orders. One for drive thru & one for front end.
I'm sorry I don't want to be one of those customers who complains, but that first experience was terrible and I will likely never return to...
